I went to the Exxon mechanic today, after filling the engine with new fuel my light came on and he told me the fuel tank was burnt due to the door being open, he took off the light in less than a minute without doing any repairs and only charged me a $35 maintenance fee and that is not right, I will do what is necessary

Just spent $100 in gas here, and today is the day when their restroom is out of order.P.S. The cashier is rude. Instead of letting customers use the restroom, he showed the way to the nearest cafe. Avoid coming here.Hi, this is the response to owner of the gas station who replied to review.First of all I want to thank you for replying.Here is the date September 19 2023 @ 12:12 p.m when I visited your station.I filled up my company's van at your pump #2. The exact amount was $90.01I went inside to get a receipt as your pump was out of paper as usual.Once I was inside I asked the cashier to give me a receipt and asked him if I can use the restroom.I felt the the cashier wasn't happy to see me inside (my feelings could be wrong too) and told me that the restroom is broke and I should try the Cafe next door.I appreciate your offer of free oil change but I respectfully refuse it.But the thing is I fill up my company's van twice a week with the same amount I paid at your station. So you can do the math to know how much ExxonMobil will lose the money from my company as I have stopped filling up from ExxonMobil from that day.Anyway I am thankful to you to notice the complain and the date and time I provided might help your cashier to recall the interaction with me.I will increase the stars from 1 to 3 just because you reacted and hopefully there will some positive outcome.Thanks.

Asked the mechanic to look at a noise my car was making. He told me the problem and quoted a price. Aki (the mechanic) was amazing, he showed me the rusted piece on my car, the new pieces he was going to replace it with, and fit me in right away. The price he quoted was fair and exactly the ended outcome price.

Be very careful with these pumps. The pump kept telling me it would not read my cc chip so i went inside and told the guy to charge my card $40, which went through. I go back to the pun and nothing happens, and now my cc was charged $40.He had to put $40 credit on the pump again, which that time got the pump to work. I lost all my Safeway gas discount which put a sour taste in my mouth.But yeah, these pumps suck. Be careful!

I have been taking my car to this service station for approximately 10 years. They do good work at reasonable prices. Throughout those years, my old car passed all state inspections.

went here hoping to fix a car related problem , there were two mechanics one of them was busy so he told me to wait for the other (older man) cuz he was having a breakfast so i understanded and kept waiting and waiting after that he grabbed some snacks and was watching something , i minded my business and kept waiting when he finished he came to me and took quick look and told me to come back later so he can make a test dtive as he is busy right now i explianed that i barely found time to come now as i work the whole day he just ignored me and went back to his business and that was not decent at all it was desrespectful i will never ever come back to this place

Visited this station for the first time on March 29 and spent $43 on gas... my credit card statement came back with a $175 charge in its place. After speaking with a friend nearby she said she avoids this station for that very reason.
