Service is fantastic, speed is always good. But customer service rates in the absolute bottom of the pack. Finally, got bill adjusted and paid correctly. Multiple billing errors over 4 months, and dealing with yet another billing error again.... hopefully will be corrected on next months bill.

I just needed to return my equipment but it was very quick and easy. Just don't go at lunch hour even though they told you on the phone that it would be lunch time and you didn't pay any attention.
