Produce is consistently disgusting, from the quality, to how ransacked it tends to be. Nothing is kept clean and I don't feel its a fault of employees. They always appear understaffed. I get it, you've self check out but it would benefit this store if those staffed had help with their duties because let be real, I'm pretty sure they are expected to do more that they are paid for.

Great shopping experience at Ruckersville Walmart/pleasant and courteous checkout associate/drive from Charlottesville to go to Ruckersville Walmart and it’s worth it!

Was not happy they had stuff all over the place. No one working and so many employees at the self checkout stand it was ridiculous. Only two cash registers opened, and when they saw me taking photos, they immediately opened another one up. I don't do self check out.I don't work for them .
And at the station where they have people working to check you out.The line was backed up eight people deep. Awesome.They have now pushed the two lines together so that two buggies can not get through at the same time.
This store really needs a game changer.
Because they have lost the game.

Most cat food types weren't available & all beer is cold. I needed to buy shelf beer for easier transport. Very disappointed to have to go to competition and make 2 stops in summer heat.

Sorry no pictures, had to make sure this was the Ruckersville Walmart.
Very clean, great new bathrooms, several self check outs. Massive location with several attractions or at least other places to go. It’s a Walmart what more do you need

They just told me they can't do returns today because they have no one to run customer service ? Walmart, hire some people ? Otherwise very good store.

The Store Manager Russell Sorrells needs to be fired. He has told customers that he doesn't work there when they ask for help, doesn't communicate or make eye contact when a customer or employee addresses him with an issue and he has zero respect for any veteran or American Servicemen that have died for this Country. When asked to fix a flag display for Memorial Day that was hung wrong he stated that he didn't care. Fire Russell! Also, District Management doesn't return phone calls or follows up on any complaints.

I went to purchase a bicycle at walmart in ruckersville . Found one with the tag price of $90
Wen I went to scan it and pay for it the price came up to over $300 then I ask for assistance and the person in charge of the self checkout told me that they could not honor the $90 sticker.then I asked for a manager and after having me wait for about 10 minutes they told me that the manager had already left I contacted corporate but they couldn’t do anything about it
Unfortunately this was my experience at this specific store

Their pricing. ..sometimes the weight is not what it reads on the Items like meat chicken ribs etc... so check.
