Very easy purchase. Used car, I purchased warranty as things breakdown with vehicles over 150k miles. few months later it did have an alternator go out, they towed and fixed within a day. warranty was easy as well. 2 people I sent recently said easiest car dealer experience.

Had issuses with a truck I bought from there took over 3 months to get the truck fixed communication with Brian was horrible wouldn’t answer calls and hardly ever text you back. Bought the truck on 4/11 and had it in the shop 4/12 didn’t get the truck back until 7/23. He wanted to do the repairs on the warranty that I purchased and when warranty denied it for pre existing conditions he only fixed what was absolutely needed the shop that tore it down stated the manifolds needed replaced as well but he refused to do that.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!! Within two weeks my car has been in the shop twice. My brother bought a car from them and spent a ridiculous amount of money on repairs within the first couple of months. Nothing but junk is sold at this dealership!!!!!!!

Johnathan at the Bedford location was easy to work with and really worked hard to make the deal to through. They do have the location in Bedford and they have the location at Shenandoah avenue in Roanoke. If you go to their website and a vehicle is at either lot they bring it to the lot you're going to be at free of charge to let you see the vehicle without obligation to buy.

My bf got a truck from this place a few weeks/ a month ago. It is now in the shop after finding multiple things wrong with it after buying truck. Goes against every lemon law and will never pass state inspection as we were told. My bf works hard for his money and no one should buy a vehicle from here unless you bring someone who can look at every aspect of the vehicle who knows what they’re doing before purchasing.

Two nights ago my son drove off the side of my driveway getting stuck in a very precarious way risking damage to his car. I've used AAA in the past and it took 3.5 hours last time. A friend recommended One Stop Automotive which has a 24hr towing service. From the moment I called the tow truck was in my driveway in 30 minutes which was a welcomed surprise. The personable young driver knew exactly how to handle the situation and even made it look easy. You can always tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job. It's not often I'm impressed by exceptionally good service but when I am I will go out of my way to leave a good review for others to see.

They sold me and my girlfriend a car that has been in the shop every single week since purchase with something different wrong with it every time we haven’t even made the first payment on the car yet and it’s been in the shop 4 times now! The people there are nice, but that doesn’t help my girlfriend have a stable car. She goes to work and home everyday that’s it!

A total waste of my time I was told that he would be calling me in a hour to see if we could make a deal on a vehicle I was interested in and 3 days later I have still not heard back from them and a lot of the vehicles I saw there were all overpriced and rusted out junk anyway and there's plenty of other car lots to choose from so that you won't be wasting your time on someone who doesn't have the sense to be honest and truthful with someone who could have been a customer but they showed their true colors and I would not recommend them to an enemy if I had one how hard is it to take 15 seconds to call or text a potential customer that you won't be seeing them in a hour like you said that is not a very good way to do business since you only get one chance to make a first impression they could have made a sale instead they chose to lie to me and give me the run around
