There were multiple stink bugs and some other miscellaneous bugs in the room. I asked could we change rooms and was told no. My worries were because I had small children with me and what if the bugs crawled into their ears. Especially with the stink bugs being on the bed. This was an acomodación for already being displaced.

Took a cancer patients room that was reserved online and gave it away. The room was not clean, and the bathtub was dirty. Bugs in the room and outside the door.
Rooms: Floors NEED deep cleaning. Would suggest mask for all patients.
Safety: Near, not so good neighborhood. Is truly NOT SUITABLE for cancer patients who are VERY sick. While extremely grateful that ESA works with ACS patients, this location is not up to par.

Room set up was okay, bed comfortable. Stove wasn’t worth trying to use. Took 25 minutes to cook pasta- couldn’t get water to boil. Full size fridge/freezer was ok. Floors were absolutely filthy the entire time I stayed. I bought a bucket and mop and tried to cut thru the grime…. Couldn’t make a dent. My white dog had nasty feet the entire time I was there. The housekeeping was change sheets and towels - sweep with a broom and spray floor and wipe with a rag.
Parking lot covered with cigarette butts, trash. The highway noise was awful all night!
Between the drug dealers in the back of the building and gunfire on weekends, it was an experience I will not miss. Every week the price was different - I couldn’t afford to make a month long reservation - so paid weekly. When I look back and saw how much it cost to stay there. uGH!
There isn’t any safe area to walk your dogs - I drove next door to the apartment complex and walked them there - not as much trash, and I didn’t have to worry about cars flying thru.
When the manager would come to check the room for damages from the dogs he would pound on the door like it was a police raid. Very aggressive! No damage was made or found.
Rooms: Good bed, tv, air conditioning ok, humidity level very high. I had to buy a dehumidifier to cut the dampness.
Safety: Not a walkable area- cars flying in and out. Gun fire.
Noteworthy details: The entire building could use an inside and out pressure wash and cleaning. Doors are not tight fitting. Wind came in under the doors. Gap in the sides.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized. Ahmad, the General Manager, and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their exceptional service made my visit truly enjoyable.
