Again very nice people. Very attentive. Cleaning crew on point. A little wear, but kept up to par. One of the staff even offered to drop us off to the mechanic on her way home! Thank you so much. We will surely always use a Choice Hotel.
Rooms: Clean spacious rooms. Neatly set up with all that is needed for your stay.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices. Cleaned and refilled throughout the morning.

While staying in Roanoke, we found this hotel to be a great location, near many restaurants, shopping, and right off of the interstate. All of the staff were friendly, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and cooling down outside, and the breakfast had a good variety.
On the flip side, I had a couple of issues with the hotel. One of my two frustrations was our key cards weren’t working very well and had to get one of them re-coded. We had our dogs with us and they could hear us trying to get in the room which made them anxious. The other concern for me personally was the room never cooled off. I like my room to be cool for sleeping and it stayed warm and damp, which made it difficult to sleep.

Super attentive front desk and cleaning staff managers. Accidently left my bag, a high quality bag, they found it, kept it, handed it to me when I passed at tge end of the week. Very clean rooms. A nice little Choice property near the airport, only 4 minute from 81 N/S.

Your staff is miserable and are not about customer service. I requested more towels on the day I arrived after check in and was interrogated about why I needed more towels when I just arrived. If this is how you treat your customers, then please shut your hotel down and let real hotels in the area, operate to take your much uncared about business. Your in the hospitality business, act like it. I do not recommend this property under any circumstances as there are other hotels within a small distance from this hotel.

AC was off when I walk in the room when it was very hot outside! The room stunk like cigarettes! A long hair on the shower! Broken remote! Said sorry people steal them! Stepped in a wet spot I can only imagine is Dog pee! Forgot my flippers! Worst comfort Inn I have been in!
Noteworthy details: Comment on the broken remote! Was we don’t have any more people keep stealing them! I guess we need to make them start checking them out or something! Yes or BUY new ones ?♀️! I should not be punished by other people! When I thought it was the batteries they didn’t even have extra batteries. It was just I needed to push them into the back of the remote because it didn’t have a back on it.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were cleanliness issues with the rooms for others in my party requiring a room change (floors were dirty!) Staff in the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff was more interested in having conversations among themselves or on their cell phones than assisting guests. Seemed to be distracted and disinterested.

The pillows suck but other then that the hotel is nice there is always a group of guys hanging out outside. Drinking beer and making noise but im sure that is every hotel

We stayed there overnight in passing and it was great. The associate at the front desk was very cordial. We needed a bottle opener and they provided one. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better continental that I have had. They are friendly, clean, and quite cheap. I would definitely recommend.

They Took my clothes and other stuff with Home Cleaning, They kept me waiting saying they will find my stuff and kept me waiting for 4 to 5 days but at the end when I was leaving to the airport again they gave me a false date, an extremely horrible experience and poor management.
