so the buisness customers are not welcome throw drive throw ,like we are not customers ,we have to get in and make a line with one teller inside .I don't know what type of marketing decisions they are making .every time i get here , i get annoyed but a bad customer service .

When I go to Brook Rd Wells Fargo they only have 1 counter person it's a Hispanic lady be working the counter they need more counter people at lease like 2

Kate told me they couldn't take business deposits through the drive through because it was too busy. I asked what if it was only a single deposit. She said no. What's funny is that when I came inside, there was nobody to take my deposits so they brought it to the person in the drive through. Makes absolutely no sense.

I went in to cash a check . And the bank manager was so nasty to me . I would not refer anyone to go there .

I always go there for business and personal banking ,only this branch have a bad customer service .
I went for notary today the teller kind of kicked me out and said next appointment is not even today ,is after tmr .
I went to different Wellsfargo branches without appointment before and never had this experience.
Went to Bank of America cross street ,no appointment ,waited for customer before me to finish and made a deposit on my personal account.
Not to mention that they had a teller that was stealing before .
Better to invest with a branch that care for their customers .

Worse bank ever. Don't ever bank with them because they will take your money and didn't put it all in to your account and don't ever use their ATM because they took my $60 or I say steal my money and say talk to my supervisors then hang up on me
