They are closing all of the locations and not adding drive up locations. The area is clean lots of parking. No drive thru any more.

I’ve always had a positive experience here after coming here for years. Brian and most everyone at this branch always remembers you and greets you by name too which is a nice touch. Definitely one of the reason I stick with this one rather than the one on parham road.

This is the worst branch. No one EVER answers the phone. They are extremely rude and never resolve issues, they only waste time and make matters worse. I would give them zero stars if possible. They set up our auto draft incorrectly and and it’s been months to resolve and it’s still not fixed. Good luck ever reaching anyone by phone, they just transfer you to the 1800 wellsfargo customer service number with out answering.

Cashed in some United Arabs Emirates dirharm. today. Called ahead and spoke with Shields, banker at Well Fargo Libbie Ave branch. Shields was very professional and accommodating; he told me that he had to make a phone call and that he would get back to me. He called me back 15 minutes later and told that he could handle the transaction. When I arrived at the bank, Shields was in the lobby greeting clients. He greeted me with a firm handshake and directed me to the teller who would handled that actual exchange. It took a little longer than a routine bank transaction, but Shields and his crew told me that it would take a few minutes and were very conscious of my time. The teller (I didn't get her name) was super, professional and very efficient. I was pleased with my experience at Wells Fargo today. Well Fargo has received some bad ink in the media as of late, but after my experience today, I'm seriously considering moving some of my banking business to Wells Fargo.

They were very friendly. They also exchange currency for a cheaper rate than most competitors in the area!
