This is the worst bank branch I have ever been to. The people working there are the most incompetent and arrogant employees I’ve ever seen. Horrible customer service. I’ll travel miles to the Willow Lawn branch to avoid this branch and suggest you do the same. Simply awful. I tried to file a complaint. They could care less.

We have been customers of WF since it was called something else, and before that something else, and before that something else again. We live 5-minute walk away and want to use THIS location. We stopped in to get signatory added to an account. Manager gave me a card and said to go online to book an appointment. Guess what? NO appointments. EVER. Every single day is grayed out into infinity. What is the bloody point of telling us to go online and make an appointment but you NEVER have any slots available? People were coming in to meet with the manager who was expecting them. How did the customers make their appointments? This used to be a great branch. What happened? Such a bloody PITA to have to start up the car, drive to a location that actually DOES have available appointments, and drive back home when we could have walked out the door and up the street. Pfft.

No integrity. I asked for a no fee, no interest withdrawal . I was told by the teller manager that if I used a Visa cd check, no fees no interest. Then,a $150 fee!!! I went to this branch, spoke to him, he said he'd see what he could do and respond to me. He never did!! I sent a complaint, via their email, to Carytown, no response.I spoke to several different customer service reps re:, all promised to respond, nothing!!! Wells Fargo, corporate giant only cares about their profits and not their customers!!! DONT do business w/ them!!!

The atm in the drive thru froze and didn't deposit the money into my account and Wells Fargo refuses to do anything about it. WELLS FARGO SUCKS

Very slow and poor account set up. Banker incorrectly set up debit cards to wrong accounts and the entire process was painfully slow. Took him forever to figure out very basic things and had to involve the manager multiple times. I’ve worked with this specific employee twice now within the last 6 months and had the same experience both times. He was very nice at least.

Overall a great Bank that makes your money accessible. They offer some decent products to help you manage money. I also like the fact that they're so many locations, so there's no confusion when you go into other Banks and don't have certain ids. The only way to get better, is the reach out to more people and help educate the public to manage money effectively.

Terrible service at this branch. The manager is very uninvolved. Went into the branch to get a certified check on an account that I have had for ten years. The teller was absolutely at a loss servicing another customer. I asked another representative to help and she categorically refused and said to go use the drive up. Won’t be using this branch in the future. Branch needs oversight from corporate .

Wow, I'm reading all the mixed reviews on this branch and am surprised at the bad ones; I was there yesterday, trying to do a complicated transaction, and a teller, a banker, and the manager all got involved, and they were able to help me out and complete the complicated transaction. I followed up today on one last thing we had to complete, and the manager, Lawrence, was able to take care of that over the phone. I have nothing but appreciation and praise for this branch, their staff, and the three people that helped me yesterday and today.

A month ago I called to this location, my local one, to speak with someone, anyone who could help me understand fees I was suddenly being charged by WF, having gotten nowhere with WF corporate as usual. The branch manager said he would look over it and call me back within a day or two. One month later I'm still waiting for the call back. Good thing I didn't hold my breath. I thought Bank of America was the worst bank in the U.S., but Wells has topped them. Horrendous customer service. Client for 11 years, no more. Canceled my accounts with them. Avoid WF at all costs. There's a reason they keep getting fined billions...

I have visited this location 4 times in the past two months (I live 3 blocks away) for them to tell me each time I can't get quarters because of a national shortage. I need quarters to do laundry. Today I biked over and they had the inside closed for appointment only. I go through the drive through for them to tell me I can't come through on a bike. In times like these there needs to be exceptions. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 16 years and I am strongly considering switching my banking elsewhere because of the lack of customer service that has been shown recently.

The WF Carytown bankers — without exception— have provided excellent service for the many years we’ve banked at this branch. All will go out of their way to help. I’ve never seen anyone there treat customers with anything but respect and professionalism.
