You'll move faster in a chic fil a line on a sunday. Verizon customer service is trash from app to phone to in person and it's really frustrating.

If I have to say as a business owner about the customer service in this place, I would say it will be beyond horrible. Three people in the store have absolutely nothing to do after I registered my name to be served. One plane with his teeth One is wondering And the other one sits next to the office. Absolutely no regard for customers inside the store or the one has been registered. What makes it even worse the lady walked in sat in the seat in front of one of the customer service representative as I was watching, she did not even acknowledge the old lady or greeted her. Terrible terrible. Terrible. I would not recommend to do business with this place.

I live 3 miles from a Verizon store in colonial heights. I haven't had good experience with the my Verizon app. so I went to the colonial heights Verizon for help. They were very insistent on showing me how to use the app I didn't like. I decided the next time I needed help I would go to a different Verizon store. I'm so glad I did.I went to the midlothian tnpk location and met with Abbey Jean. I was considering switching to a different service provider. Abbey with the help of Jessie got me a better plan that worked perfectly for me.My hearing isn't that great which makes the Verizon customer service number difficult for me. Abbey and Jessie got on the Verizon customer service line for me. It took them a while with customer service but they got me the best deal possible. Their willingness to help me is the reason I've stayed with Verizon. Great job ladies. Thanks ?

Very long wait seems like they want me to go to Xfinity for home and phone service they say it be a short wait, my back hurts so bad on a hard bench waiting waiting . I guess they are training someone because customer came in woman told it’s going to be a while. Really I pay my bill every month on time, I wonder if Verizon headquarters knows of this long long wait, I wonder how long will I have to wait my back hurts waiting all this time And they can’t do home service

I had a multi layered problem that I needed help with, and I was referred to the company store. They didn't disappoint!! The associate stayed late to resolve my problem. A great experience.

Sat here for over 30 minutes and not one person attended to me. Then one lady looked directly at me and then went to two customers that came after and checked them in. Terrible in store service!!!

You might want to explore your options. I thought this was the best provider but I am very disappointed with the poor customer service at the stores and the inability to even speak to an agent from your phone using 611 without jumping through a million hoops and getting no help. Calls dropping frequently. You no longer get what you pay for in my opinion.

They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best products with expert guidance for my needs. Jevon "JV" was attentive and great with my 8 year old while I was able to focus and make decisions based on their recommendations. Employees whose names I didn't even catch came by to help too to make sure my daughter was cared for. I've been with Verizon for many years. I've had good and bad experiences. This was by far the best customer experience I've had on every level.

I visited this location 2 weeks ago and was assisted by a gentleman there whose name starts with a J. (I can't remember his exact name but he was swole and had tattoos.) J helped me out tremendously during an unfortunate time. I had dropped my phone earlier that day and it ceased to work. I really didn't want to buy a new phone, but J explained the benefits of doing so, as I was working with an iPhone 6s for the past 10 years. J was very knowledgeable and personable. He had a good sense of humor about him as well. The store itself was very clean and presentable. I walked in and only waited about 2 minutes before I was helped. This gave me an opportunity to look around. Great service and very informative. If I have any other Verizon needs, I will be returning to this location in the future.

Great service. I got there extremely early for my appointment and they still saw me right away, and I was in and out with a new sim card in under 10 minutes. Young man who helped me was clearly new/in training but he and his instructor still were extremely efficient and kind.
