Literally the worst office. First, when scheduling the appointment there isnt a SINGLE question about how you’re transiting. If you’re going through the EU this office DEMANDS an invoice for your pets micro chip to show the date of implantation - even though your vet verifies the microchip. After driving two hours, I Arrived early and sat patiently. I was totally ignored until the minute of my appointment time. After being told I needed the invoice, and expressing my frustration, I was told that if I would have only put my full itinerary I would have been given the right information. I conveyed that POSSIBLY the email asking where the final destination was should also include the notice about the EU. The woman said she only gave that info is someone mentions their route!!! It got settled but only after I was basically told to calm down and that it wasn’t her problem I didn’t mention my route....as if I was psychic and somehow know government bureaucracies world wide. Long story short, I relied on the office to give me accurate information and it nearly cost me the ability to take my dog overseas.

Quick service great hospitality just your documents must be complete for quick verification of your pet the country of origin for pet and to wherever is the animal to be stationed if it's via many countries then the certificate of medical vet office is necessary even though it's easily done online one might have to take the animal to the quarantine certification office. Place is cool calm and great weather which is good for the animal to take a walk outside if it has to stay for long duration in the USDA office
