This location is terrible! Half an hour to make a deposit with at least 7 employees present. No time for jokes and laughs when your line is literally wrapped around the building. In store AND drive thru. Incompetent individuals should work at food drive thru not banks.EXCUSE THE DELAYRenee, if you are even still at this location. When returning from holiday and anticipating high volume I would expect you guys to have enough staff to properly service your customers. I absolutely have not been back. Willow lawn has that down packed. Have the day you deserve.

So I been with this Bank since it was First Market Bank and watched over years how this location 4390 S. Laburnum Ave customer service has went from 5 stars to now I wish there was a report company button. I’m sick poor customer service and the different treatment for different people. We are in 2024 some stuff and things just need to stop. Joking, playing, and she didn’t even Say Hello or Thank you for coming nothing I’m sick of it. I choose to bank with this company not this company choose me or do me any favors. Problem was and is that I came to do a Deposit I don’t understand how I messed her day ( clerk) up with a deposit into my account. I thought that was her job this is crazy I’m truly mad. It’s hard enough that our fast food company’s are allowing this behavior but now the banks. These are sad times we are in, when the bank forget customer service thought this was key to banking and trust. 0 stars google is to nice, but that’s this location has got to be stopped I didn’t even feel safe handing her my stuff like, what did I do. An it was like 5 clerks and 0 customers but I guess I was wrong for picking a time when you were open to deposit into my account. So mad, even the ATM has better customer service and thats a machine.

The new update on the mobile access account is the worst update I have ever seen .if they don't slow down the voice of the artificial intelligence answering .i'm pulling my money out of this Bank. This speaking robot talks faster than I can write or understand. There was no regard for older people or people who keep track of their account..

I have been with AUB for a long time. Recently moved to Richmond and the Laburnum branch is right down the road. They have been of great help every time I've visited. The only thing that would make this a better branch is if they had an ice cream machine!!!
