Why does the location at Chesterfield town center close at 7 PM when the other locations in the Richmond area on West broad street and Brooke road close at 8, that's inconvenient.

I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint. Kaelyn was fantastic. She took time to ensure the tint was the right shared and mapped my brows to ensure they were done perfectly. I will be back again.

Dirty, unorganized, chaotic, and if you're a woman over 50 you're ignored. I actually walked around the store for 30 minutes looking for this one item and it wasn't until I decided to leave that I stopped one of the many associates that looked at me and walked past me for help. The visit prior to this one I had to search for an associate for help with picking the correct color foundation and she obviously had little desire to help me. The store has morphed into the go the place for teens and 20's, period!

Will not be going back to this store ever again. I have been here exactly three time and not one of them was a pleasant experience. I was returning something there that I had literally bought the day prior and I had the receipt in hand. The girl who was checking me out (Julya) asked if I had a phone number with the store I told her I didn't think I did and her whole attitude changed. She said she can't do a return unless I have a phone number with the store. So I said I have the paper receipt but can you check to see if my number was in the system and it turns out I did and she reluctantly did the return. I could tell she wasn't happy about it. Then after I signed she told me to have a nice day with a rude attitude and immediately turned her back towards me and walked away. As I was leaving the store I was reading the back of the receipt and it's literally in the return policy that a return can be made without a phone number if you have a paper receipt...which I had. So maybe she should learn the store policies...

MK was so incredibly kind and helpful. The product they recommended helped me skin so much.If MK has a million fans, then I am one of them. If MK has ten fans, then I am one of them. If MK has only one fan then that is me. If MK has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against MK, then I am against the world.

Do not use the salon here for anything. The first time I went was for low lights. The stylist told me that she didn’t want to do them because no one would see low lights if I didn’t get layers. I knew she just didn’t want to do them because when I said I still wanted to get them, she was very persistent that she didn’t want to. The second time I came, the stylist told me when I arrived for my haircut appt that she couldn’t see me because her previous client decided to get highlights & she no longer had time to see me. The third time I came, all I got was a haircut, wash and blow dry. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes (my hair only goes a few inches past my shoulders). The fourth time I came in for highlights, the stylist was 15-20 minutes late and kept adding on treatments without telling me. This added almost $100 to my bill.I will never ever come here again or recommend anyone else come.

I felt a bad vibe and attitudes from employees during a busy friday.I left the store without my very expensive condition after spending 12 minutes in the checkout line.

Such a wonderful experience last week! I’ve been to other stores where I’ve been ignored or overwhelmed, but when I walked in here I was showered with great customer service. They helped me find exactly what I needed in such a timely manner. Love all my new products!
