Professional, friendly, kind and they do an excellent job with my hair. Me and my mom recently located to Richmond and she is very particular about my hair. Best groomer ever! I take Jake and Oliver for full grooms with short-all-over cuts. They come out looking perfect! All the employees are friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. So happy I found Ridge Dog Shop!

Love the care and attention they give to my dog's grooming appointments! The option to drop off early and then pick up during the day makes having our appointments here very easy and convenient.

I love Ridge Dog shop! I took my Pomeranian Gracie there for the first time in October and they were so nice! Everyone was very welcoming and loved my dog so much I have to come here regularly! 10/10 recommend this place.
