They are wonderful.
I needed to transfer stores for pick up.They went the extra mile to see to it that I could.
They are always upfront with pricing.Also realistic and fast with repairs and alterations.The pricing is very reasonable as well.
All in all very happy.

The prices are ridiculous! For what they charge you can buy brand new items! Never again! They don't have a price list so they charge whatever they want to charge!. Unacceptable!

Manuel and his team took very good care of me. I walked in looking to get some alterations done for a wedding but this location in particular did not provide alteration services. Manuel recommended another Puritan location in Staple Mills and said alterations would be there until 6p. I took the drive, arrived just before 6p but alterations were already closed for the day. I came back to Puritan Bon Air and Manuel took care of my dry cleaning free of charge for the inconvenience. Thank you Manuel for your amazing customer service, and for a job well done on my cleaning. I truly appreciate the services you provided and the quick turn around.

Nice people doing good work. Quick turnaround on 20 shirts plus. We've been using them for a couple of years and haven't had any problems.

I'm not surprised about Puritan work they have always done a great job on all my clothes for many years they are a very professional staff, that's where I take all of my cleaning to be done, because I know it's going to be done right the first time with quality looks.
