One of the best places for an inner city child to go to be both safe and productive. Coach Omar is truly a man full of wisdom and he wants nothing more than to pour it into the hearts and minds of the next generation. Coach Dee is a mother like none other and provides every young person that's steps foot into the gym with that nurturing spirit. Love those two more than they will ever know. You can tell a tree by the v fruit it bares and these two created nothing but forces to be reckoned with physically, mentally and spiritually. Thank You both for the impact you made on my life and my little brothers life.
