The process to order a part for my 2021 Toyota Highlander was quick and easy. I located the correct part for my vehicle by using the VIN and within 5 days I had my part. Will utilize their parts department again should the need arise!

Here in Florida. I've been restoring my 05 single cab 4x4 5 speed to include a full paint job. I replaced alot of the oem faded parts and Ourisman was on point everytime with their shipping and parts. Will continue to order my oem parts from them!

Got my recommended service last week. They didn’t install my tire caps. I’m missing 4 caps now. You need to check behind their work. 6 months ago in my other service they didn’t fill my coolant as well. So every time when you get service from them you need to make sure they did it correctly! Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I purchased a tie rod end online from McGeorge Toyota (AKA Ourisman Toyota). The site is good with easy to find parts and good prices compared to the local dealer. The shipping time was fast. The problem is one year and 2 months later, the tie rod end failed. I reached out and was told there's only a 12-month warranty on Toyota parts. Hmm. I bought from McGeorge because of Toyota's supposed durability with their parts. Nope! I can get a lifetime warranty from a local parts house for half the cost once shipping is added. Won't be buying parts from Toyota again. Sad ?.

If I could give this place a zero for customer service I would!! Came to pick vehicle from getting an oil change and the lady at the front desk was horrible her name was Tatyan!!! Her nasty attitude made me never want to come back here. There are better Toyota services around Richmond. I recommend to go there instead!

I can't praise McGeorge Toyota enough for their top-notch customer service in every department. Today Eric helped with an interior trim piece that had loosened across the roof. I had tried to fix it without success, but Eric popped it back into place with just the right amount of pressure and experience. He was so courteous and willing to help. He saved me from having to make another special trip an hour away. Thank you so much!

Warning!!! For those who've dealt with McGeorge Toyota: Since their acquisition by Ourisman, I recently had a state inspection and was stunned by the $70 charge for a pair of wiper blades, which their website lists at $29.99. The dealership has clearly changed, and not for the better. Be prepared for pricing discrepancies and a shift in service standards.

Oil change and tire rotation... over three hours. It took over a half hour just for them to process the paperwork so I could check out and leave. I just moved to Richmond and this was my first and last experience at this dealer. Hoping to hear from the manager to get explanation. If it's lack of personnel then they should not overbook appointments. Employees seemed like this was a normal occurrence and did not understand my frustration.

Don't go here. Customer service isn't in their vocabulary. I walked in for the FIRST time only to be looked at like I'm retarded because of course I didn't know where to go. Service department never answers the phone, and don't waste your time leaving a message-they won't call back. Also, my husband was quoted for almost $5k in "needed repairs" before taking it to Top Notch Tire (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and getting the car back to ship shape for $1100.
