I would NOT recommend this office. Natalie was dishonest with us on how the easy pay advance worked and kept beating around the bush about the time frame. Before we permitted them to process our return; we specifically asked if we were approved for the advance. She confirmed with my husband (I was beside him) that we were approved and would get the funds in 24 hours. 24 hours passed, and we still did not receive anything. We called and spoke with Natalie again and were told 48 hours. We waited 48 hours just to call back and were told we needed to now wait for an email on approval.
We have filed a complaint with the BBB, Liberty Tax corporate office and have left a review on Google. We spoke to the corporate office and were advised that our taxes were not filed and were placed on hold, however, Natalie had advised my husband that it was filed.
We then spoke with JH financial who advised us to tell the office to contact them to correct something. Natalie acted as if she did not want to do so. We tried to contact Brian Johnson (the manager over the office) and he chose to not get on the phone but was working on it. A few minutes later, we received a notification that we would only get $500 and not the $3000 that we were told we were approved for. We will never use Liberty Tax again. Please avoid this office. They will lie and tell you that you are approved but you are only applying for approval. Shame on you guys.

Excelente servicio al cliente, el lugar esta limpio muy acojedor, todas son amigables en especial la seí±orita Yessica Rivero quien fue la que me hizo mis taxes amable y muy profesional lo mejor!!!! Vayan con ella.
