Illegally towed by seiberts I had to wait and the employee at this place was wonderful.!!! Charged my phone and let me sit inside with him while I waited for the taxi the Richmond cop supposedly called for me because they refused to phone my company or Lyft.
I wish there's were more people like the guy at this place!!!? Polite, helpful and interesting to speak with. If I didn't have a machine at home I'd definitely go to Hull Street Land Laundry! ??? ??? Oh yeah I forgot to mention that it was raining and after waiting 2 hours for the taxi supposedly phoned by the Richmond PD he was it probably won't be coming and he went and got my cell phone that he'd charged for me and I called Lyft. It's rare to see such a nice, polite,. Helpful person around the city of Richmond VA

Being open 24 hrs. makes it so easy to get in and out in a timely manner. The machines are maintained as well as the place being kept clean.

Pretty nice for the area. I went on a Sunday around 3-5:30 PM. Really busy around 3-4:30, but plenty of machines I didn’t have to wait around. I came with my give month old, the staff member with the face piercings and cheetah print bonnet helped me find and empty cart, kept the area clean and was generally very helpful and considerate concerning trying to do laundry with a fussy baby. She deserves a raise! Did six trash bags of laundry for about 40$.
Pros
Card reader on most machines, plenty of machines, clean, good staff, full and working vending machines, family friendly ( coin games/machines, books, kids table), lots of parking
Cons
Not the best neighborhood, not enough carts, it was HOT, I was wearing a mini skirt and bandeau top and was dripping in sweat. That last reason is why the review is four star.

Excellent personal service. Always clean. All the machines work and we’ll take care. Pay with coins, cash or credit card. Clean restroom and good ambience. ? ??? ?

I wash here regularly. Place stays busy, so that says a lot in itself. No issues at all. Machines are in great shape. Usually not much out of service. Their card reader on the machines (dryers specifically) are a pain, but that’s not enough to stop me from coming back.

It was better than it use to be, thay now have card readers on the machines. However, my card would not work. The machine said 8.50. I checkted the account to make sure i was using the correct card, it had more than enough for the transaction, Used coins instead, it was the usual problems with inserting cions. It is 24hrs and the person on duty was very helpfull, over all it was pleasant and the machines washed & dried great. p.s. they have the largest dryer i have ever seen.

Bring cash because their tap and pay emv chip reader usually not working...if you had a long drive there with no cash may have to unload your clothes, waste your detergent after you fins out that there terminals isn't working and you dont have any cash on you

24 hours 7 days a week!!! Large washers for bulky stuff. Staff attentive assuring machines function are clean and facility orderly.
