I can't wait to give this car back. they keep over charging my account fir things I've paid for like tolls, ev charging, etc. can't get bill information or get them on the phone. waited for hours in store for them not to help. I get retyped agreement as a solution. Meanwhile I'm left to deal with $2500 worth of charges in over draft fees. They'll call and text for the weekly payment, but not the incorrect fees I'm being charged. I will be contacting a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau as soon as I return this vehicle. And I'm going to dispute all of these fees through my bank account. They are really putting me through hell.

If I could give it less I would. I paid in advance for an SUV only to receive a car and they didn't slip that in until after they took my credit card information for a $200 hold.Trying to get corporate on the phone is a joke.I will never use them again!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! As a first time customer with Hertz it will definitely be my last. I reserved a car online for my nephews wedding almost 3 weeks prior to event. The morning I was supposed to pick up car I get a voicemail at 8am (mind you my pickup time was not until 1130am) saying that they had no cars available and wasn't sure if they would get any returned in time for me to pickup but would call me. Called location back and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever came back to phone. I called corporate and asked that if nothing was available at least 1 hour prior to my pickup time could I transfer to another location with the same rate and was told yes. Unfortunately, that was a LIE. Ended up transferring to another location and having to pay almost $100 more. I will say the second location (airport) was much nicer and tried their best to get the price as close to what we were originally quoted. Also beware that when going through tolls go to a booth w/ an attendant so that they can reverse the EZ pass charge out if you don't want to use it. Unlike other rental car places I've used before that tell you to open the door on the box if you want to use it. They don't tell you that its automatic. I didn't realize until I went through a second toll and the attendant told me that the EZ pass had been charged, she asked if I wanted to reverse the charge and pay cash, which I did. I was hit with a $65 charge for a $5 toll. Corporate was nice enough to reverse that charge after I told them that I paid using my credit card and that the first toll did not have an attendant on duty.

I have probably spent tens of thousands of dollars into a car that I do not own. The only reason it has taken so long is because my car was hit and I rely on this vehicle to help me make money. But I'm going through an issue that no one seems to be able to solve. They overcharged me for charging fees before and it was not corrected and it was just moved on as if it never happened. They're calling me for payment but nobody called me back for now it is the second time they overcharged me and no one can break down the payments. It is highly frustrating when I am doing everything I'm supposed to do and calling them initially before payment is due to correct this error. And they just expect the payment in like before they will just move on as if I never said that I'm being overcharged $460 again. I have already contact the Better Business Bureau and I am highly upset. If I am just going to pay then they will have to pay to. Because they are playing with my livelihood at this point

Honestly this is one of the worst hertz I've been to. The customer service was terrible. No one. I mean no one ever answers the phone I probably called about 50 tines. I rent thru uber and they gave me a messed up car that I had to make a voucher to get fixed. So rhe 2nd week u couldn't even use the rental for uber. I told them about and how I payed for a week I couldn't use the car. Had to drive 50 mins away to the office cus no answers the phone. And I was told they will call me when they talk to their supervisor. Was told they would call me. Never got the call. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Everytime I rent a car from here, the line is insanely long for pick up, and there always only 1 or 2 people working. They're polite, but they're swamped. The last time I ended up walking out and cancelling my reservation.

Hertz doesn’t understand what the word reservation means. No cars on the lot, only option was to take a mini van. never using hertz again (second time they’ve done this)apparently you don’t understand what more than sufficient means, either

I reserved a car here and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they did not have this car class available. Instead of giving me a free upgrade to the next available class, they charged me an upgrade fee per day which I felt I had to accept as I needed a car. When I learned this is not an industry practice, I inquired about removing the charge and they declined saying I signed the contract. Thankfully I escalated to customer service and they didn’t agree! It was just unfortunate I had to go around them to get fair service.

Made a reservation and called twice to verify there was a car available, since I have heard some horror stories about this location. The second time, I was told they (Shaniqua) would call me back. I never got a call back, so I just canceled the reservation. I will spend my money somewhere else, and save myself from a likely headache by not dealing with this place.

You can make any reservations you want don’t think there will be o e here for ya though.. RESERVATION does not equal CAR is hereEmployees are very nice and very cool.. the problem is however the inventory to reservation system is managed.. also it is my impression Uber drivers are the variable .. I thought thought Uber peoples had their own car

After 25 years of being a loyal high value customer of Hertz, I just had the worst customer experienced at this location. Pre paid a reservation 3 weeks prior. Gave this location a lot of time to work my reservations. Even tried calling two days before and they did not pick up the phone. Sad. Showed up On time and the attendant Shanequa made me wait 15 minutes to address me. I was the only one in facility. She then claims she had no car for me and said “go some place else.” Was totally floored. No empathy, zero customer care, and complete lack of respect for me as a customer. Never rent from this place given the extremely poor customer service. Hertz HQs should audit this location. Very disappointing experience. Will not use Hertz for 1 year and put them in the penalty box for this one!Hertz, consider hiring better employees that want to work hard in life and care about their customers!

The experience with the car itself was fine. However the lady at the desk to check in and get the car was so rude. She kept looking at her phone while getting my paperwork ready and didn't even tell me what rental car I was getting until we walked outside with the keys. I got there when they opened and she seemed so pissed that I was making her actually do her job. Hertz won't be my first choice when I need a rental.

My boyfriend and I were issued a rental through our dealership while our car was in the shop. This lasted for 26 days from 7/8 to 8/3. On Saturday, 8/12, we received a charge to our card for $420 in tolls from Hertz. I just finished calling their third party PlatePass who agreed to change the rate to $9 a day plus toll fees rather than the $20 a day unlimited usage that customers are automatically enrolled in with their first toll. At no point were we ever told that there was a charge for using the EZPass, much less how exorbitant it was, or even that it was not included in what the dealership was covering. All we were told was that the dealership was covering the cost of the rental. If we had known how much the toll pass was we certainly would have never used it. Quite frankly this is appalling and feels like an underhanded tactic to get more money since the entire rental itself was only $910 total. As it stands, we will never use Hertz again for any of our travels if this is how their customers get treated.

This location is very UNPROFESSIONAL the guy name is David he’s very rude with communication about policy’s , after I went and got everything I needed far as a new debit card with my name on it he was still mad that I came back and was able to get the rental .. far as walking off and slamming the door when I requested at full size vehicle because he tried to give me the smallest car on the lot! He said the other cars was UBER cars which was a lie. If you have another option rent through somewhere else the only reason I came back here after the last rental situation when I had switch out cars four times something was wrong with each one! Is only because of my insurance company! Once again hertz on Mido is HORRIBLE!
