My husband and I came to Richmond for the weekend and he forgot his jacket for dinner. Picked Franco’s to see what they had and to replace a “tired” black jacket. Excellent treatment from both Mitch and Franco, and they altered the jacket (Replaced the buttons and shortened the sleeves) in an hour! I could have spent all day in there shopping for him! Quality of the items and service top~notch! Expect to make an investment, but it will be worth every penny!

Really no reason to go to any other store for business essentials and suits. They sort of have it all, offer great selection, tailoring etc.

WE LOVE FRANCO's!! My fiance and I have visited this shop twice. The first time was to get an idea of his suit color for our wedding. Jim fitted him and made some great recommendations. We ended up buying the suit through another company but coming back to Franco's to have it tailored. They are such experts with fitting and make recommendations but don't pressure you to anything. The second time we came, Mitch helped us and he was an absolute delight. He took his time to explain different products and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Franco's and they now have loyal customers of us! Oh and the coolest part is that Franco still works there and was the sweetest guy :)

Snobs. Spoke with them on the phone a few times today to confirm that they had an inventory of tuxedos with several options. Told them my size and details. Sounded good. When I arrive there are about five options overall. I'm a 40 regular.I inquired about why this was different than the info I had been told over the phone about an hour before. The guy in person told me it wasn't him on the phone and that a "lot of people work there."It's not so much the inventory issue as it is the approach to customer service. Lack of approach I mean.The whole time he had this snobby, superior attitude and concluded with telling me that this "is the biggest tux selection you will find in Richmond."I really don't think it is bud.

I know nothing about suits, but wanted to look great for my wedding. Mitch was awesome in helping me get a high quality, well-fitted suit that fell exactly inside the budget I’d said I wanted to be in. Would recommend.

Every time we go to Franco’s, we leave happy. We are treated like a VIP customer, even though we’re far from being their top paying customer. We’ve always worked with Bill - he’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly and Franco tailors the suits perfectly each time. Highly recommend.

Paid over 2000 for a suit that was so poorly altered I left it at the store. I have purchased dozens of suits over my many years and have to say I have never picked up a suit after alterations that has been such a mess! I know how my suits are to fit and how they need to be altered! I am beyond disappointed! I’m writing this after I reached out to the store to express my frustration and was greeted with excuses and a lecture on their 50 year record! There are no excuses.

I definitely recommend shopping here. The other reviews are accurate- yes, it's a little more pricey but worth it. I hadn't shopped for a suit in years and wasn't sure where to even start. But the sales staff here is great. They're knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Most of all though, they make you feel comfortable shopping there even if you have no idea how to shop for a suit.

I paid over 2000 dollars for a suit. After everything was Completed i took the suit home. The alterations where done very poorly. I took the suit back to the store and was told i did not know what I was talking about and if i had been doing suits for 50 years I would know it was correct. I should have just keep the one off the rack. It fit better then the one that was altered By Franco's I will not be returning to this store. This situation could have been resolved very easily. They could have fixed the suit or refunded my money. But instead of getting good customer service i was lied to.

Franco's has been around as long as I've lived here in Richmond, which is 33 years. The staff is very professional and experienced, and their clothing of high quality. We were extremely pleased with the service and our purchase.
