My advice - DO NOT have a wedding registry here!! This store has Awful service! It's really hard to believe that people could be so incompetent as the people who work in this store. I will say that they are friendly, but that's about the only positive I can offer. in our experience we have waited long periods of time because the staff doesn't know how to use the cash register, and don't know the products they sell, or can't find items in their storage room. One time they called us to let us know that someone had bought us an item, and when we came to pick up the item they refused to let us take it! There is no reason I would ever return to this store.

Just bought beautiful Italian throws and a gorgeous white cotton matelasse from Fraiche. Exceptional service. Beautifully decorated for the holidays — so festive. Can't wait to go back for some Christmas presents!

Snob Central. Have been in this store about three times and have yet to be greeted by a sales clerk -- and girls, that's what you are despite your CCV attitude -- or even acknowledged, let alone asked if I might be looking for anything in particular. Twice I've literally stood at the counter with a clerk two feet in front of me and she totally refused to look up and acknowledge me in any way. With the state of retail today who can afford that type of attitude? Why do you passive-aggressively chase customers out of your store? Really an odd dynamic going on here and I'm happy to take my credit cards elsewhere.

Excellent selection and customer service! I worked with Fraiche to create a wedding registry and they helped me every step of the way. Everyone we worked with was so nice and they have an incredible selection from flatware to everyday china and everything in between. They helped keep us organized and were quick to make updates online. I would highly recommend registering and shopping at Fraiche!
