I actually really like this store, the staff are always really nice and they have a really good soda selection. Besides getting gas I come here sometimes after walking a few miles on belle isle and I’ve never had a bad experience. Not sure why the other reviews weren’t very good, it’s a lot better than 90% of other gas stations/convenience stores on the south side and the location is super convenient. Sure, it isn’t the top of the line sheetz or Wawa with immaculate and polished interiors or anything but it’s a good convenience store with a solid staff. Go here instead of essentially any other place in the area since most of them absolutely suck!!

I visited at 12:45 PM on July 5 and turn in scratch off‘s and the math didn’t add up once I left and realized that she shorted me $25 on purpose. One scratch off was 100 and one was 50. Asha back up she asked confused and then I say I know without a doubt and then she started to look in her drawer and said oh I shorted you 25. Don’t stop here…

It would be cool if I could feel good about bringing kids in there. I'm not talking about the customers. I'm talking about a cashier in particular, Keisha. She sits down and uses profane language in front of customers, specifically the F word, while FaceTiming, or Skyping a friend. So cool.

I cut my foot really bad and walked in to ask for a bandaid and I was told I needed to leave because I wasn't wearing shoes. But how am I supposed to put shoes on when I'm bleeding? I left and had my friend go in and ask for a first aid kit. She was told they don't have one on the premises which is very illegal. My friend was given attitude when she asked. The worker said “I'm on break you can buy some.†I was upset that I had to make a make shift bandaid because someone that worked here didn't want to help me with a wound. Horrible customer service! I have never been so humiliated in front of 5 people in line to check out. So rude!!!

Place is always getting robbed. Lived right up the street an it would get robbed like 4-5 times a month. Staff that us to work there was nice, now there is one lady who works here that thinks she owns it an can tell people how long they can choose what they want to buy. Throws change at people an is rude, very rude !
