My best friend work there and she come home complaining about how the head manager talk to her it's because one manager train her one way and she listen to her manager one her shift but when the head manager comes she way wrong she works 6 hours and don't get a 15 minute break then the head manager is rude disrespectful I told my best friend I FEEL SHE HAVE favorites I witnesses this myself and she quit to put people out the THE STORE SHE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE FAVORITISM AND SHE ALSO PUT A LIMIT ON BLACK AND MILE ONLY 2 REGULAR BLACKS A PERSON AND ONE REGULAR BOX PERSON MINED YOU IF I LEAVE OUT THE STORE AND COME BACK END I CAN BUY 2 MORE REGULAR BLACKS MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE IT THE HEAD MANGER RULE SHE MAKE THEM UP HER SELF

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!I just left this store about 5 minutes ago and this was the worse experience I had here! I came in to get cough medicine, she asked for my ID, and I politely pulled it out but asked that it's scanned without her touching my ID. I AM ALREADY SICK, I do not want your extra germs or my germs to get anyone sick and her response was "No, I have to touch your card to scan it, it's our policy and we're all going to get sick one day"What type of customer service training is this company teaching??!!! She's extremely unprofessional and I've never been to a store where they "must" touch my ID to scan it. COVID strains, rsv etc still going around, let's be careful!

The shift manager was being very harsh this morning at the store. I had a leglible digital picture of my id card with the identifier number readable and the manager acted like she risking her job if she uses my photo copy of my id which I see latinos using paper copys of their I.D at all the abc stores. Instead of seeing if she could assist me in any other way she banned me for little to no reason after being a good patron who occasionally visits the store

I was not happy today when I called the store 5 times and nobody answered the phone at all. I let it ring at least 10 times for each call and still no answer. There is no way there is so much to do that no associate could answer the phone. Then I visited the store and all the bad language and customer service was totally awful. I thought I was in a video with some of these rappers as much foul language that came out the employee to a customer and visa versa. There was no argument or anything like that, but being a paying customer, i don't want to hear that type of disrespectful language l when I'm there. I understand they may have been friends or even known each other, but being in a place of business and with it being employee involvement has really surprised me. And that the manager didn't say a word to the employee.

Whoever the manager is this morning never seems to be prepared for work. She sucks. I won't be shopping here anymore and I could walk from my house if I wanted to that's how close this store is.

Customer service very nice. Greet when walked in and very kind. More organized and clean than most family dollars I have been in oh their party stuff is 1.00 versus 1.25 for the same exact stuff you pay at dollar tree across the street

I was just there and the store members were very disrespectful. Had music blasting , talking about how they don’t give customers their receipts and saying they don’t care . Won’t be returning here

Nice and clean was greeted very nicely when I walked in cashier was very polite I had my grandbaby with me and the cashier held the door for me I hope it stays this way !!!!!
