A nut fell out of a wing on my Bag Boy Nitron. I called; they sent an email telling me how to submit the issue; I replied; they said they'd provide the whole wing. This was all within one day. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you.

I purchased a simple hand golf cart with foot activated brakes 15 years ago. It has been limping with a 1 broken break for several seasons. The other side finally gave out and I truly believed that I would have to replace the entire cart to have brakes again. A quick 5 minute call to customer service and $18 later, 2 new brake pieces were on their way! They arrived timely and were easy to install. Great value and quick service. Thank you so much!!!

Just got off the phone with them and it was such an easy process to get replacement parts for a Burton bag. Cheaper than I thought too! Apologies for not getting the name of the nice woman who answered the phone. She was lovely and helped me out a lot. Thank you, Dynamic Brands!

Placed order on 12/7 and as of 12/23 still did not leave the facility. Customer Service is blaming FedEx for shipping delays but FedEx doesn't have in their possession yet. Take ownership and support your customer.

Needed a small part to fix the Bag Boy Push cart and it is a washer that isn't something common I can find. I offered to pay for the part and shipping, just wanted to save the hassle of returning the whole cart. Their response was "you can go to the hardware store". I already tried that, no one carries this type of washer/spacer. The cart is nice, but what a hassle for an easy fix and an easy way they could have offered decent customer service.
