“Went to Ollie’s to look at rugs for my space. They had a wide selection of sizes and colors. Thanks to a kind employee, Jo, we were able to squeeze a 9x12 rug into the car. He helped us unroll it and fold it so it would fit. Jo went above and beyond- even helping us get it into the car. Great customer service!”

“For a quick run through for fruits, veggies and pork products Save A Lot is okay. I don't get there much but need to get a quick walk through and soon. It's a hit or miss if you like labels. I have certain brands that I use and their brand Supply is limited. From time to time they will have Jimmy Dean bacon in different flavors but I don't want any check to see what their sales are. It's okay if you don't want to deal with a line and you just need one or two things.”

I have purchased four pieces of furniture from Big Lots, and I'm very happy with every one!What I would like to see improvement on is the stock and selection of everyday items, such as Glade plugins, cat food, and the like. “I love this store! I like to go and browse the aisles for specials. I will never go anywhere else if l’m looking for bedding. I have now purchased 3 throw blankets, because I always find the best ones there. Beautiful, oversized, super plush blankets and the selection is amazing. I also buy the dog’s treats from Gabe’s. The prices are well below what you pay elsewhere. You can buy everything at Gabe’s except fresh produce.”
“Dollar General their prices for their fresh stores should also be honored in the regular stores also Dollar General seems to be going downhill fast don't answer the phones stores are cluttered U-boats everywhere some stores are really dark with the lights not working or turned off that's a great way to go out of business”
“The young lady, Erica, that was at the checkout was extremely sweet. I've never been to any Family Dollar and been treated with so much respect ever. She was very kind, well mannered, friendly and most importantly in customer service she greeted me and smiled the entire time. She had such a positive energy and I absolutely loved it. They need more and more associates like her at these Family Dollar stores. She needs to be there all the time. She actually made me want to shop more to give the business because she was so nice. I just didn't have the time to continue. Give her a raise and more hours. She deserves it. People like her need to be recognized and sometimes are not. “Extremely messy. Shelves are dang near empty. Not surprising really, considering the pandemic. I was looking for a pair of men's sweat pants but couldn't find it. Where the men's clothes were supposed to be, toddler clothes were there. Maybe they were in the middle of moving their setup or something..? Dunno. Be prepared to have some time to be able to adventure throughout the store to find what you're looking for.”

“One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any retailer thus far. The cashier who worked today around 1:00pm was very helpful to me during the clearance sale. She gave me tips and tricks to navigate the app as well as the coupons. I didn’t get her name but she needs a raise!! The store was very clean and well stocked unlike others that I visited today.
