Too lazy to help. The account manager would rather take time to chill between appointments rather than help. After covid, banks decided that they work by appointment only and this in my opinion is a scam. For decades, walk-ins were welcome and last I checked the population remains consistent.

We made an appointment online - literally the only way to make an appointment- bc we needed an insurance check endorsed as required by our mortgage. We showed up on time. The staff had no idea what or how to address our need. I even put details of our visit into the memo when scheduling the meeting. Upon arrival they took our check and consulted someone in the back. Then they came and took our identification. There was no communication at all about the process or an explanation of the process. They just left us in the waiting area next to the office where the check and our IDs went. Oddly enough we did the same thing at the Carytown location. There we were welcomed upon arrival and escorted to an office where the staff explained the process and endorsed the check within 10 mins of arrivals. At this Willow Lawn location, there was no communication, no welcoming staff nor any attempt to appreciate us as a customer. If we didn’t not have to have our mortgage with Chase we would likely refinance and go back to Truist. This has been our experience today.

I came in at 3:35 to open business account and there's only one person working after waiting 10 minutes they told me to come back tomorrow because that one person working she has to go and the bank closes at 5:00... thank you but no thanks

Rude and incompetent.The private banker, Sable, put my business account in jeopardy of being frozen. She then snickered when I tried to see a manager for other options. I've been a Chase customer for over 10 years, and historically they've been great. However, Sable is the worst employee I've ever come into contact with. Use a different branch.

Customer service is not good at this location. Also they don’t help the clients . Specially a lady who is the personal banker, very bad dressed with sweater and pants and her actitud is awful with the people too. Definitely not the right image for chase bank . Don’t go to this location!!! Not recommended!!!

I went to the branch to close my dead mother's account. They thought they could do it and took 2 hours of my time then told me to call the main Chase number.

I had the most lovely experience setting up a new business bank account for real estate with Kenya Matthews. She was so great to work with! She deserves a raise. Its rare you find people that genuinely care so much about building relationships and providing great service!!

I would advise not to bank at this location or any other. Atlantic Union does not have your best interest at heart. Recently my account was hit with fraudulent activity. Atlantic Union contacted me and stated that the account had been closed and to come into the branch to create a new one (which was a lie). Infact my account was kept open and instead of rejecting my next direct deposit check from my job, Atlantic Union decided to use that check without my knowledge in an attempt to clear the insufficient funds caused by the fraudulent activity on my account THUS leaving me with no money. They didn’t attempt to meet me half way what so ever, instead it was a shrug and a “there’s nothing we can do”. Do not, and I repeat do not bank with this institution. All Atlantic union cares about is Atlantic union. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went in looking for help with why my Zelle hadn't come through, but the lady I spoke with couldn't be bothered to look on computer and see if there was anything I couldn't see. Told me repeatedly she would see the same thing as me. I called customer service, and what do you know, they could see what I was talking about. I can't wait for this Zelle to finish processing so I can take that money and open an account elsewhere. Sorry for interrupting your snacking, lady.
