Mostly with Schwab's handling of Think or Swim.. Was perfectly working under TDA for years... now its so messed up I cant even get to download properly.. They should have left it alone

I had a problem (totally my fault) regarding stock I had attempted to transfer as Christmas gifts to our grandkids. To make a long story short, Susan at the Glen Allen branch was great working things out...and she even called me after hours. She's A+ in my book.

Terrible company, the website is convoluted and intuitive is something they haven't found the meaning for in the dictionary. It takes days for transactions that take Robinhood only minutes or hours. Worst thing that ever happened was the merger of TDAMERITRADE and Charles Scwabb. Stay away

They are no TD Ameritrade! Service is horrible and the phone app looks like a three year old designed it. I have already moved my accounts and in the process of moving the wife’s account also.

This was by far the worst customer service to date! They do not model their motto. The Branch Manager is aloof and totally tone deaf. My CFA., abruptly left leaving my funds in the balance. I spoke to the Branch Manager and he advised that they have millions of customer and do not have time to notify clients. I circled back to the receptionist to request the Branch Managers (Supervisor) contact information to no avail. Two months later I had to transfer my funds simply because the customer service was sub par.

Recently, I had transitioned from TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab and I came in today to close my account. Susan at the front desk was so nice that I’ve decided to keep my account with CS. She really made my day!

I am giving a great review of Schwab for stock trading.This is my first time investing and trading stocks. Most stocks you purchase don’t have fees attached. You can also buy OTC stocks unlike on Robinhood.I had several questions over time; and every time my customer service was fantastic! ?

I think my loyalty runs deep with money. I've been with American Express as my credit card of choice for fifteen years, banks on the other hand have decided to try to loose my business on average of every thee to four years. Thank god I found Charles Schwab. What more could you ask for! For banking you can't beat them! The checking account is free... literally... there are no fees, in addition to that they reimburse you for all atm fees! All... Yep... All... A seven dollar atm fee next to the liquor store, yep the reimburse it with no account minimums. Go to 40 different atms in a month... DOESNT MATTER! Probably the biggest reason I switched is you can actually deposit a check using their mobile app. I work for the last employer in the world that writes paper checks. Yep that is right, my employer is so ancient they don't have direct deposit. It is an absolute pain in the a$$. What is even more of a pain is that I have to drive to the bank to deposit my check because they don't allow deposits over $1000.00. Yep I am calling out you BB&T and First Citizens. That is exactly why I quit you and moved to Charles Schwab.
