The Happy Empanada is the best food truck in RVA! Super fresh and delicious! I’m always happy when their truck is at my work place or a brewery I’m visiting! Highly recommend their eats!

FINALLY had the chance to taste the Happy Empanada's, and holy moly these were DELICIOUS! We had the traditional beef empanada, the shredded pork with chorizo empanada, and the street corn (I might've hogged the street corn which was creamy delicious every bite).

I had some Happy Empanada last night at Hardywood...it was definitely yummy and prices for absolutely right on...have to say the pork Empanada was definitely my favorite and don't get me started on the sauce...yum yum yum

Came for the empanadas, stayed for the great atmosphere, coming back for the plantains. I first tried the food truck and loved it, but their new brick and mortar is awesome. One of the best in Richmond right now!

Food is so incredibly flavorful and delicious! Great variety in a small menu (vegetarian and vegan options - working on gluten free). I live for the Mango Slaw (light and fresh). Not cheap but is a fantastic value for your money!!! Don't miss this new neighborhood gem (brick and mortar on Westover Hill Blvd.). Your tummy and taste buds will thank you �
