I created a Yelp just to leave this review. I came into Francesca's on a whim a few days ago, just to look, but the hospitality that Andrea gave me that day was truly above and beyond. I came alone, and would have probably left without buying anything, but because of her friendliness and willingness to help me even with figuring out what looked best on me, I ended up getting a whole new wardrobe! She hyped me up and gave great style tips, all while assisting other customers and maintaining an upbeat attitude the entire time I was there. So if you find yourself visiting Francesca's, and Andrea is working that day, you will be in good hands.

Unbelievable. I was now the second time at the store and stood in front of a closed door. No indication or sign why is closed. Although according to opening hours from 11 o'clock is open. That is not possible at all. Very customer unfriendly

Really disappointed. They were closed at 2pm on a Saturday. The hours on the door said 11-7. Where is the staff?

Very cute store if you're out for a stroll.However the associates are very pushy sometimes and you have to make it clear you want to browse alone.Also most of their stuff will be destroyed by a washing machine so keep that in mind.

I came in here because I had some free time before I had to go back to work. The sales associate Jasmine worked today was honestly amazing! Great conversation, welcoming and great customer service! Her recommendations were very helpful for the several purchases I made today! I will definitely be returning too this location!

This cute store offers a variety of clothes and accessories. It's alwsys offering discounts on special sales. You can find clothes for all ages and mix and match according what you're looking for. Somehow affordable, kind personnel.

Don't ever buy ANY skincare from Francesca's because it's all cheap and made horribly. I recently bought a sleep mask that was on sale and tried it immediately only to have it burn the moment I put it on my face. I immediately had to wash it off! Of course this teaches me a lesson to not buy Skincare where they sell cheap, made in China jewelry I always loved buying jewelry from here but will take my business elsewhere thanks to this horrible incident. Their jewelry is overrated anyways.
