This was BY FARRRRRRRRRRR the filthiest hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life!!! There was literally NOTHING clean except the sheets but I do have to wonder if they were even changed or just remade. Literally dried soap in the soap dish, garbage can already had garbage in it, the tub was gross the shower curtain was filthy and black at the bottom, every cabinet, wall and door was covered in dirty handprints, everything covered in dust, don’t even ask about INSIDE the drawers in kitchen YUK!!! Looks like a dirty person lived here with kids long term and left then they made the bed and let the next person (me) pay to stay here. I cleaned 2+ hours and it’s STILL not 100% clean & I’m exhausted. Luckily I always have cleaning products with me but the huge mass of spider webs I have to leave because I don’t have a broom to get them down. I get it, good help is hard to find these days and it’s a low budget hotel but to even post a 10 point cleaning process is a joke to say the least. They should be ashamed to provide filthy rooms to paying customers.*this was the 2nd room, the 1st smelled heavily of smoke, the fridge didn’t even work and didn’t even have shelves in it… just a shell of a non working fridge. Just wow! Only good thing was the nice young man working the front desk that did his best to help a terrible experience!!!Rooms: Ew

Clean rooms, very friendly staff that were always willing to help, and location was perfect. Overall a had a great experience and will be staying here again.

Never again, first room was reaping a terrible high smell of mold and mildew (Room 171) was able to change rooms. Second room was a little bit better. Shower was dirty as well as along the base boards in the bathroom and in the room. Could be a bit more tidy. Lots of activity happening around this place. Not good for me had to quickly change hotels for the remainder of my week long stay in the area.

You get what you pay for. The door security latch screws were halfway unscrewed I had to screw them by hand. The bathroom was dirty, long strands of hair all in shower along with stains and residue in soap dish. Don’t forget about the comb hanging from shower rod. SMHWalkability: Restaurants are in walking distance.

This place seems to do the best that they can with what they have. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful but unfortunately the atmosphere is a little scary. Would not recommend for any unseasoned travelers or families with young kids. My sheets had clearly not been changed by the long strands of black hair remaining under the covers, the room smelled as bad as the inside of an ashtray & the shower was terrifying BUT if you’re looking for somewhere to rest your head for one night it’s doable.

CHECKED IN AND CHECKED RIGHT BACK OUT!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES, OVERWHELMING SMELL OF WEED, DINGY CARPET, DUSTY BATHROOM, PEOPLE ARGUING AND GENERALLY THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK IN ROOM. This place was scary. The location was the ONLY thing decent and I'm surprised such a horrible hotel/motel co existed in such a nice area.Does not even deserve 1 star......Rooms: DisgustingSafety: Lots of folks lurking around and looking like they was tweekingNoteworthy details: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. IT'S NO WAY A REAL PERSON GAVE THIS 4 OR 5 STARS

clean rooms, pretty good condition. Only downside is stunningly bad Internet service. i bought the enhanced service and it was equally terrible!will I stay at one of these places - not with the terrible Internet access!

Place is not as bad as some reviews but also not as good as others. Spent two night here and the crowd was a bit shady but it’s an extended stay so not surprising. Staff at front were fairly good- rooms were fine and have a small kitchenette, which is always convenient, however the beds, including pillows, were horrible! No hair dryer in room and they didn’t have one to give us when we asked, which was inconvenient. Location is good with lots close by (except a coffee shop!). Breakfast is underwhelming (prepackaged baked goods) and coffee at breakfast is bad. Still worth it for the price.

While you shouldn't expect much for the price and the fact that it's a 2-star hotel, it would be nice to have a tv that works and a door lock that allows you to leave the room without playing with the lock to get the door to close. The staff was helpful at least, moving me to another room without question. The rooms were both clean, which is why this is a 2-stat review and not a 1.Walkability: Very close to restaurants and shopping, which is why I chose it in the first place.

The location is great - tucked away in a back corner of Reston and convenient to the toll road - and surrounded by some decent places to eat within an easy walk. Unfortunately, that's about all the good news. The place looks like they haven't spent a dollar on maintenance in about 10 years. Our room lacked a shower curtain. There were a few people staying there who appeared to be having difficulty controlling their intake of substances. Another guest told us there were cockroaches in his room. And I'm a guy, but would have concerns about staying at the place as a woman alone. Not only were a few of the guests a bit questionable, but it's also not a modern safety oriented design. There are dim corners and blind spots.I used to drive a truck years ago and have stayed in plenty of places that were not exactly top drawer, but this was hands down the worst place I've ever seen. I'd say "ever stayed in" but I didn't stay. I'd already paid, but we actually left, as did the guest with the cockroaches. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

Know several friends and family that have unfortunately stayed here over the years. It's ALWAYS disgusting with horrible service. The owners truly don't care, regardless of whatever responses they post to build a false appearance. You'll be ignored and treated like trash from the second you arrive, which is perfectly fitting considering the room looks like what I imagine the inside of a Wendy's dumpster looks like. Absolutely not a 4.1/5 hotel, and I suspect the other reviewer is correct in their suspicion of a click farm being used.

The location is good, but the rooms are not good. The windows are see through and the blinds are not good enough. Everything can be seen from outside. No privacy. Service was also not good. We asked for one extra pillow, but the staff refused to give it. There were only two pillows in a two traveller's room. No brushing kit. Breakfast was okay but again there was no privacy ??

Dirty sheets!!!Stayed here for one night about 2 weeks ago and that was one night too many!!Upon arrival waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk.They put me in a room at the top of the outdoor stairway. Those coming up the stairs had a direct view of my bed, and the blinds would not close!Went back down to the office and complained. Got a new room - The TV and the hotel phone didn't work and the promised maintenance person never showed up.Decided to go to bed. I immediately noticed that the sheets did not feel crisp and clean. I thought I felt something like crumbs when I stretched out my arm.Got out my phone flashlight and took a closer look. I saw tiny reddish "dots" that I could brush away. No idea what those were! Then I looked under my pillow and saw several hairs laying on top of the sheets (see photos). Obviously, the sheets had not been changed after the previous guest.It was midnight and I had no faith that they would find me a clean room, so I covered the sheets and pillow with dry bath towels and slept on those.I do not understand how this hotel has a review of 4.1! They clearly don't care about providing decent accommodations to their guests.
