I called about an emissions test and the gentleman who answered was extremely friendly (and had a voice that could do commercials I should add) and offered me the names of locations that would do emissions testing first come first serve since I didn't want to wait. (VIP will get testing done off site when the vehicle is dropped off.)

Damon was super helpful. I needed an auto shop to replace my previous shop that screwed up my Tahoe’s steering and a few other items that needed to be taken care of. New to.the area and needed to find a good mechanic. I sent out some emails and only Gail from VIP responded. We emailed a few times and I set up a simple oil change visit. I am hooked. The customer service, quality of work, and atmosphere of the shop has me thinking that I have the right mechanic. So far so good.
