Best body shop in Northern Virginia, family owned, supports the local community. They custom fabricated a side panel to fix a rusted out section on my blue metallic car. Paint was matched perfectly and they did a better job fixing it than Ford did when they originally made the car. Can’t say enough good things about them!

I had a tree branch fall on my car late 2020 or early 2021, and a little over a year it starts to crack really badly. No I haven’t called because it’s probably outside of the warranty. And knowing how things work I’m sure I’m screwed. Other than this they were nice and courteous and I’m pretty sure it was an employee that doesn’t work there anymore that was doing this kind of art work.

I'm pleased with the bodywork they did on my honda (replaced a bumper, fixed dents in upper panel and painted). You can't tell there was damage.
Repairs took 1 week. The quote was fair in comparison to 5 others I received in the area. They have good customer service and I felt they were honest about what needed to be done to my car. Only complaint was that it took a month to get an appointment for the repairs, but this seems to be the case with all auto body shops in the area.

Without a doubt, I had the best experience with Terry's Body Shop.I would give them many more than fives stars, too. All the staff, especially Terry are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had two under carriage that holes they fixed very quickly. Other shops said come back in a few weeks, which would have been after my inspection sticker expired.Highly recommend them. Eve C.

Everyone should have a trustworthy body shop in their contacts, and for me, that's Terry's Body Shop. I've unfortunately been in a few accidents (none of which were my fault) and Terry's has consistently been a reliable partner, making the insurance process smooth and hassle-free. Dealing with the stress of an accident is challenging but they've always been there to help.I've consistently been impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Additionally, having a convenient onsite car rental company is a significant benefit. It comes in handy when you need a rental car while waiting for your vehicle to be repaired.Services: Painting

This business rates five stars for the quality of its work and its service, as well as its courtesy to customers. It is no kidding locally-owned and operated, which in my experience is a big plus because it isn't burdened by higher level corporate obligations and overhead. It is a very busy shop, and there is a healthy backlog, so patience helps. Also, it was good to know in advance that parts deliveries can be delayed due to supply chain problems. But rest assured, everyone gets their turn, and the work gets done. A number of customers (local people) told me, yes, they've known Terry for 20 years and won't take a car anywhere else. We had minor damage to the door of our Ram ProMaster. We got an estimate and scheduled the repair. Availability of appointments was a few months out (shop busy, parts, labor?), but we didn't mind as we could keep using the van. First appointment was pushed out because the painter wasn't available. Next appointment pushed out because part wasn't in. Finally had the work completed this past week. The body work and paint job look great, but when we went to pick it up, we noticed a missing screw in a door hinge bracket. In fact the door made a loud "crack" when opened and it was easy to see the problem. Tech was summoned, trotted out and said, you'll have to leave it and disappeared. Went back to pick it up the next day.At no time did anyone go over the work that was done with us. I do not remember anyone saying they were sorry about the inconvenience or lack of attention to detail. I apologize if any of the 3 or 4 people I talked to did say something.I never lost my temper and everyone was otherwise pleasant, but I offer this review as constructive criticism for a body shop that has an otherwise outstanding reputation in the area.
