Absolutely A M A Z I N G ! ! !
In and out in about 15 minutes. The attention to detail was amazing. The cashier was very informative. He also told me about this amazing dea where I can get a monthly membership for less then the price of 2 normal washes and I can come once a day every day at any Flagship location if I wanted to, that’s so cool.

Horrible, had a membership and needed to cancel as I was leaving for Fl for 6 months. Called 2 days before membership was up and was told that they needed a 5 day notification. I was told when I signed up that I could cancel any time. Beware!!!! I can’t understand why a business would try to scam and cheat if they want to build a business.

Not bad, not great. $44 for interior/exterior is kinda steep. The wash tunnel is short and outdated. Floor mats reinstalled damp back into my car. The window dressing looks like it was applied with a Super Soaker. Even when you're not visiting at peak hours the "fifteen minutes or less" is wishful thinking. I visited at ~0910 on a Friday morning and didn't drive off until 0945.

Had the best experience ever at the flagship car wash here in Purcellville. Everyone I met here was super friendly and kind and went over and above to provide the best service possible! The truck I brought was filthy and hadn’t been washed in YEARS! Gabe and James cleaned her right up and brought so much beauty to the old truck! They were both so energetic, optimistic, kind, and went over and above! I will absolutely be coming back to this location and I’ll be telling all my friends and family how amazing this place is! Best flag ship car wash hands down! Had to add pictures to show the NIGHT AND DAY difference! Best service around 100%

Customer service was great!! The armor-all that the machine produces is definitely not a lot!! You may need to fix that or have a worker apply the armor-all. I will surely be back!!! RO
