He sold me a MacBook 19 and after I paid him the 600. He kicked me out of his store. And when I got home the laptop was iCloud locked meaning it was stolen and missing from the previous owner. For the past 3 weeks I have tried to get a new one from him. But he keeps beating around the bush. For example I called him 10 min ago and he answered. Then when I told him who I was he said “hold on one moment”. He then waited 10 min then hung up. I don’t know what to do. Please help

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called in advance before showing up to this location to be sure I would have the appropriate info on how services work. When arriving to location I was outside in the rain for approximately 5 minutes and when owner finally arrived he was rude and disrespectful. He rushed me due to a dentist appointment he had that I was unaware about prior to coming. Wouldn’t recommend business.

I had to come back this for different reasons. Just to say my old one was not worth fixing. But he found me the same brand but newer very happy with his service.

I dropped my laptop off to have a hinge repaired late afternoon, and he had it ready first thing in the morning. I loved that he gave me a choice between replacing the whole case or repairing it for less than half of the cost.

My computer was running slow, and then it would freeze, I manually shut down and try again, nothing worked. Checking online I found a place that was close by, Victory Computer Repair. Mr. Melvin check my computer told me what was wrong and what needed to be done quoted a very surprising low price, took my computer in on Saturday was repaired by Monday, I'm a very satisfied customer

We used them as a drop-off for our U-haul and the guy we worked with was very accommodating. We had to return a little late and he worked with us after hours and was very kind about it.

Called 5 computer places at 10:30, he was the only one who answered. Any 11:30, walking out with a fixed computer paying less than I thought I would. 10/10

I went to him with a laptop that needed a new screen, $65 for the screen and $65 for the installation. To find out, the laptop needed an operating system, I paid $85 for the operating system. Then, when I tried to use the laptop, it wouldn't let me do anything with it, the only thing it had up there was my profile, NOTHING ELSE. I asked for a $85 refund for the operating system, he said that he doesn't do refunds. Then I asked him if he can do trade ins, he told me that he wasn't interested in my laptop, but he can give me one for discount of $150.

I don't usually write reviews! But this guy is not good at all. He has no professionalism. I called and he gave me a price of $65 and it will only take 20mins. I got there and it changed to $85 and now he needed 3hrs. All of this was to install Microsoft Office. I call him 4rs later and he said that he had an emergency call and that he would be back until after 6pm. I asked could I pick up then. He said no! He closes at 5pm! I needed to pick up in the morning. Frustrated with everything I came in the morning to pick it up and pay 20 dollars more for horrible service, only for him to tell me it could not be fixed. He I had a really BIG VIRUS! Like it was attacking everything in my system. Here's the funny thing I went on youtube and fix my problem myself in 5mins and I know nothing about computers. Use this guy at your own risk!

The used old computers here are more expensive than new ones in best buy, Walmart, Amazon...These old computers must been blessed by Computer God so their value increased!
