First and foremost I pray everyone is doing well. I was a little disturbed by my colleague when she took her furry earth angel here to be groomed and pampered. I recently lost my furry earth angel but I know he is in heaven. There are many people who treat their pets as their children, because they are loved so much. As a customer based business you are supposed to make sure your customers/consumers are happy with your company. If it wasn't for customers, your company would not exist. My colleague was highly disappointed with the service she received for her furry earth angel. She was even more disappointed that $70.00 was charged and she or her furry earth angel were not at all happy. I am still hurting from the loss of my furry earth angel. I rescued him and he rescued me. I hope this review will help you in what not to do in the future.
The place I took my furry earth angel was Pet Spa on Cedar Road. They treat your furry earth angels as family. Those of you who bathe your furry earth angels oatmeal shampoo is awesome as well as peppermint shampoo.

Omg! I don’t even know where to begin.I called and scheduled an appointment to drop my dog off on a Saturday; however I received a text message asking if I could bring her on Monday.I guess the website isn’t updated because it states that they are closed on Mondays.I agreed to bring my dog in on Monday.I arrived to drop my dog off and noticed that the workers there seemed to be very young.In my mind I questioned their experience but decided to give them a try.I explained that I wanted her hair cut down ,not cut all the way off.I even showed a picture of a recent haircut that my dog had received before from a different groomer.The manager / groomer said he knew exactly how I wanted my dog cut.I decided to take a chance and leave her.I informed the manger that I wouldn’t be able to pick my dog up until lunch time.I received a text message about 30 minutes to the time for me to pick my dog up stating that the credit card machine was down.This was really a inconvenience to me because I never carry cash on me.I wish someone would of told me this ahead of time.I asked if there was some other form of payment that they accepted because I was crunched for time being that I would have to pick my dog up and take her home and return back to work within a hour.Luckily I was able to do cash app.I was sent a text message saying that my dogs haircut would be $70.When I scheduled the appointment I was told $55.I feel as if someone should of called and told me if that wasn’t going to be the price.When I questioned the price this is what I was told “our prices start at 55 and it goes up based on the dog the attitude of the condition of the dog”…I’m thinking wow, so the price could of actually been more.I have never heard anything like this.I have taken my dog to be groomed and was given a set price.When I picked my dog up the haircut was definitely not worth $70. All of my pet hair was cut off, so close that it looks like it was almost shaved off.Her hair was cut off her face.She doesn’t even look like a Jack Russell anymore to me with this cut.I text the number that text me in regards to my pet appointment.I received a text message telling me that the “light skin guy was the manager”. So unprofessional.So I called the light skin guy twice and no answer.I even tried the next day and no answer.I decided to call from a different number and the manager called back.He stated that I said I want all my dog hair cut off, in which I did not.He also said my dog didn’t have much hair.She had a lot of hair when I dropped her off.The manager didn’t try to reconcile my issues at all.I am not a happy customer and I will not return.Beware, and think twice before dropping your fur babies off.?

When your dog merrily hops out the car and skips all the way to the door, you know you have a winner. Taz loves Poodle Palace so much. It makes me feel so good knowing my baby is in safe hands. When I pick him up, he is handsome and smells so good! Poodle Palace is top notch and so very affordable!

So I'm a 10+ year veteran of this establishment and I absolutely love them. They're hands down among the best in the area. When you find great service you got to lock them down and be ready for the long haul. They did recently move from their Rodman avenue location into a bigger establishment and with this new location the parking is also bountiful. On top of their great grooming services they also sell some really nice high-end dog food along with accessories. They know my pup/old man by name "Stewie!!" If you're looking for a dog groomer that has stood the test of time check them out you will NOT be disappointed. THANK YOU POODLE PALACE. Proud Customer
