I would give them negative Stars if I could please help me understand why I couldn't return a product that I didn't need that was un open with the original receipt all because the person who sold it to me wasn't there but there was a manager she said she didn't feel like calling her DM to get a code to do my return that I have to come back the next day when the guy who sold me the product is there... Make it make sense why shouhave to come back another day

Had a problem with my phone,those guys no there stuff,fixed my phone in under 3 seconds,I was really impressed,and I was coming in for a charger,and got my phone right,so far nobody I went to couldn't fixed but they did and for that 5 stars Antonio and Louis

They advertise open hour is 10:00 a.m. It was 10:20 when the girl showed up. Went inside to see if she could fix my Samsung A32 5G phone that would not connect to a network. She was very abusive, demanding, defensive, demeaning to the point I politely asked for my phone back. She shoved the parts at me and I asked her if she would put it back together to which she replied, " I don't have to !". Called corporate and got the run around. Buyer beware of Metro PCS by t-mobile.
