The absolute worst company for the citizens of the 757 area and please show me how they are helping to improve our communities. They should not be allowed to charge late and administrative fees for pay-per-plate costs. Yes I agree with the many voices calling out the practices of this company as a RIP OFF!

Nothing resolved! I’ve tried on multiple occasions to get my dispute handle and they keep telling me the same thing! It’s no way my bill should be over $500!! I’m going to get to the bottom of this! They are not willing to work with you, they will not escalate the matter to the manager… they need to be shut down!

DriveErt & Ez-pass are a scam. 2 departments with no communication or accountability for their ineptitude. Reps talk in circles, using contradicting statements when couldn't find payments I had receipts for. I was overcharged & told I have no recourse. Charged ridiculous high late fee & threatened with registration suspension. Supervisor assistance was a joke. Person didn't look at my account issues at all. Customer service rep called them over & said "They want more money off", without any explaining the account discrepancy. Horrible experience & absolutely no customer care.

I called 4:50 pm and my expectations were low being that close to closing time. I got someone right away, her name was Vida and she was absolutely wonderful! She helped me out with my issue and got it resolved quickly and she was so nice and professional.

Apply charges for vehicles and plates I don't own with no proof. DMV states it not my car not a real plate. How have we let this company get away with these false charges and insane fees

I just got a bill for a toll fee. Paid it due to time constraints and not wanting any collections notices. We don't have a vehicle registered for this plate nor have we traveled to this area for the specified dates and times. It would be nice to get this resolved and get my money back.

Received a bill for a vehicle I don't own driving through a tunnel I've never visited. Looks like other people have this same issue and are often harassed into paying fees due to the lengthy dispute process to prevent the toll going to collections. Someone should investigate this business!

I received a collections notice in the mail and then I received a letter from DMV about them stopping the registration in my vehicle due to unpaid tolls. I called ERT and told them I never received a bill only the one from collections . I have an EZ PASS and it doesn’t make since that I would ignore a toll for a whole year while adding money to my EZ pass account. They told me they had nothing to do with EZ PASS and could offer me a settlement. I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they would escalate my concern and have someone call me back. Here it is 2 days later and still no call. I’ve tried to get in contact with them again but due to high call volume I can’t get thru! This is a rip off completely and very unprofessional!

Renew my toll relief, they were quick and easy. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. P.S. the place isn’t as scary as I imagined either lol

The lady I spoke with was really caring and understanding as to how I got into the situation I was in having to pay for my exes tolls and etc, but she spoke to me as a human,a kind human that was speaking encouraging words into someone that truly needed it at the time, she was informative, helped me, answered everything I asked her and actually listened to me and helped me and made a very hard time for me, much easier to go through and take care of, she needs recognition and a raise!!! I wish I knew her name!
