I went through Assurant/Tmobile to end up here for my repair yesterday. I was not sastisfied at all due to the worker putting my phone in a worse condition. She/worker denied my claim now I’m back with calling Tmobile/Assurant to get options and pay deductible $104.94 for replacement device. As a added note I went in with my phone working despite issues but again they Cell Phone Repair Victory Blvd Portsmouth broke my phone further??.
Do not go here !!!!???
Upset Tmobile Customer ?
Phone does not work at all now ?
Denied claim said they couldn’t fix it?

Best cell phone repair shop in the 757.
To this day I recommend here above anywhere else, they'll do all they can for you. They stand behind their repairs and do whatever they can to look out for the customer. Wonderful communication, professional repairs and their price is worth it every time.
Much better experiences than Mr. Fix or uBreakiFix by Asurion.

Came here 3 times within a month for one phone and every time I get the phone screen fixed the screen goes back out the next day , also on my other phone I got fixed from them the screen literally came out while I was on the phone

I cant rate low enough. I took a phone with cracked screen to them to have repaired. They did fix screen. But i also requested a screen protector. When i picked up phone the clerk said yes its on there. A week later the screen cracked iny pocket. And when i went back to the store the claimed protector was installed. No warrenty they said. Plus i paid for protector i never received. They say i have no recourse. Just out almost $300. I do no recommend.

CPR, cell phone repair business, in Portsmouth Va. Was tasked with repair and instalation of screen protector. I asked clerk while picking up phone if protector was installed. Since i did not see any indication. I was told it was. A week later the screen cracked again while in pocket. I returned to the store as soon as possible and manager seemed to doubt my story. And i was given owners email address to submit my issue. I just got an email from another manager that said they somehow confirmed the protector was installed and will not warrenty. Even though if protector would have been installed there would be a warrenty. So why would i remove it to then take it back into store with damage?
