Had very bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I went there to get my upgrade. I got it but the phone I got was only $99 online but I was charged $240, was told my receipt would be emailed to me. To this date I have not received one. My daughter went up there to get it but was gave the ran around. Alot went on. I am Disabled in a wheelchair, I just feel I was taken advantage of. I will never visit this store again. And my phone doesn't show on my account.

We just bought my daughter’s phone at this shop and i am very disappointed,first week the data service was works good but after 1 week it turns to SOS or NO SIMCARD,we came back to the store to ask how they can fix it but the guy said he needs to activate again the simcard and we need to pay AGAIN $54.00…thats ridiculous? I NEED TO SEE THAT GUY AND THE LADY AGAIN? its just like we got SCAM

had to explain 4 times what I needed to do and they was telling me something completely off topic of what I came here for took me a hour and a half to get my phone switched over and added to my family plan the person behind the counter was too busy hanging out with their friends that seem ghetto to me I will be going to a different location Cuz of the lack of professionalism

They are the rude and natiest people in the store i went to get a refund and the lady fuss me out with customer service on the line i only had the phone for five days and it wasn't working they told me that was my fault i don't recommend this store to no body they had there kids running around everywhere playing and talking to other people its just a bunch of trifling people working there
