Will not be visiting now or ever after interactions I’ve witnessed of the owner. She’s a classless woman who attempts to solicit business in a crude and insensitive way under the guise of “caring so much about someone’s skin”. You don’t do that ever especially to a stranger. JoannaLea needs to learn how to drive in business without rude and strange highly public interactions that can be embarrassing, I can’t imagine they have ever been received well… she should be embarrassed of her desperate practices.

First time there today. And what a positive experience it was! Olivia took such excellent care of me with a wonderful pedicure and a little facial waxing. The environment is calming and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on!!

My mother and I had an appointment on Saturday at 10:45 for facials. We arrived around 10:25, just a little bit early. They was not even open even though online it states that they are open at 10am. At 10:35 one of the lady’s showed up and started to prepare our rooms. When we booked the appointment we thought that we would be in the same room but we was not in the same room, and we did not start our facials until 11:00. Overall Massage was amazing, my body felt relaxed. The hot towels was perfect temperature and my skin was very smooth and radiant.

Quaint, Majestic vibe company... which I definitely love & needed for my birthday weekend. Knowledgeable, welcoming staff! Customer Service alone gets 5 stars from me! We were in the area while staying at the local Massanutten Resort. The warm staff greeted us with smiles as soon as we walked into the business, including their customers. It was my mother's first time receiving spa services and the staff made sure she was comfortable the entire time while receiving her services. I love the affordability of their high quality services and wish more spa locations were like this location. We plan to return here when we return to the area. I highly recommend others to attend this spa.

I've been in the area for 8 years, how am I just now learning of this gem!? I've done the sugaring, lash curl, and eye brow tint, and each time I want to book more and more! They are phenomenal, and just love this relaxing spa!!

Extremely professional group of women who genuinely care about their clients well being. I've been going for years and have a great relationship with the owner. She has done a wonderful job weathering her business through Covid and I appreciate the precautions her team has in place. I am never disappointed with the services she provides whether it's facials, nails, or waxing.
