Various scrapes and dings, in addition to a rear lift gate encounter with a garage door, desperately needed attention.At every stage of working the RCC, we were treated like royalty. Communications were excellent. Time lines were accurate -- in fact, the work was completed more quickly than anticipated. When we left our car there, it was way, way overdue for cleaning inside as well as outside. “The customer service is top notch. From our salesmen back in 2017, to the service department throughout this process. That said, I’ll never own a New Holland again. It’s being hauled back to the dealership on my dime. A Workmaster 33 with 475 hours on it, needs a new computer. Like I said New Holland is junk but this is not reflective on Ridgeview. I’ve only had great service. Hopefully they can get this tractor fixed so I can try to get rid of it. I’ve tried to find a number for New Holland headquarters to no avail. Not only am I looking at a hefty repair bill, im going to have to hire people to do what the tractor was purchased to do, until this situation is remedied.”

I bought a 2025R from Virginia Tractor and the the start of getting me prices and answering any questions I had Phillip helped me all the way. Even when beyond to show me everything about the Tractor as I haven't owned a tractor in my life. I dont know alot about tractors but I will say Phillip made the sale of this Tractor.
