I am really upset with my experience with Quipt.I was billed for an overnight test (O2) and they failed to tell me my insurance would not cover this and let me take it home anyways and left me will a bill now that some how I have to pay. Smh

I use to be very happy with cooley.then they had one person to leave and it seems like they have fell apart. And it seems that they don't care as?much as?they use to. Just so disappointed with them at this time.

I am giving a 1 because I was released by my Doctor to full weight baring on my foot after surgery. He wrote an order for a shorter walking boot explaining in the order that the taller boot was painful to walk in. I called and gave my insurance information and was told that the insurance may not cover the boot. I said please run the insurance and let me know. I called back a couple days later with the response it could take 10-14 days to hear back. I expected a call back with a decision or at least an update. That was on June 6th today is the 30th. Will not buy anything from Cooley Medical. Go to Friendship instead, much better customer service, friendlier service, and will keep you updated on the process with insurance.

Very friendly and helpful. The CPAP mask was better quality than another place where I used to get my equipment (initials L does not care). One of my friends had similar experience with both companies.

Local, friendly staff. Always willing to go the extra mile to help. If you need to go into the store my tip is to park behind the store on Market street and enter thru the rear, there is a sign. It is much easier than parking on Park Ave. They will take great care of you.
