Stood out in front of this bank door until 9:10 am before the non chalant Branch Manager Landin comes to the locked door saying they would open when they could. He finally opened the door at 9:12am. Completely unacceptable and the tellers were still not ready for business.

I canceled my account with Wells Fargo but to the customer customer service at this location. Abby is a cashier at the bank and I have no idea how someone as dumb as her can hold a job. She has her nose pierced like a pig red hair and smells like a homeless woman.

I called the customer service number for Wells Fargo and asked if I could get a cashier's check through the drive-thru. They said yes, provided it wasn’t over 10k. I went to this branch, waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told they only do cashier's checks inside. All of Wells Fargo needs to have a straight answer on things, so people don’t waste their time.

This was an actual awful experience at this particular location. A teller named Joe there likes to talk down to women. He decided to put his fingers up at me in order to silence me when I was trying to ask a question. It escalated to the point where i had to ask to speak to the manger. She was nice and actually listened but seemed a bit intimidated by this man. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and am honestly shocked that wells Fargo would hire a Man like this. I cannot emphasize how rude he was. I left i tears and will gladly tell anyone please don’t go to this location. Used to be a wonderful location before this new branch manager has taken over. It has gone down hill very fast. And I’ve been going to to the same location for almost 5 years now. I will Now be changing locations and based upon the results from a corporate complaint I might even be leaving them permanently after almost 28 years. Stay far away.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. First experience I walked in to set up an account, was given a number to call to set one up, was unsure why no one in the bank could see me then, why I could not wait, or why they could not make an appointment for me. Then after my initial appointment I was called by a bank employee who was following up on an issue. Turns out she calls me, leaves a number that an automated service that you can not access without an account number. I call them call the local branch, phone is not answered am asked to wait by the recording then hung up on. When I stop by the bank, turns out the young woman who called me will not be in for 30 days. Not a customer service issue, but the issue was not resolved.

Customer service is terrible here. I just came to cash a check the clerk took a guy in front of me and rudely told him he didn’t have to come in, he could’ve went through drive through. One of the mangers was talking to a customer about his account out in the open. A customer was out waiting on him and when he was done he asked the new customer what he needed. The. Customer said that he wanted to open a business account. The manager/banker told him that he was about to go on lunch. I will never come back here. Terrible service

I hate Wells Fargo. HATE.Their customer service at the branches is the worse ever.They nitpick the hell out of you with fees that other banks don't do.They want big money, not the small business owner or working man's or woman's lame deposits.Stay away. They have been charged with numerous federal crimes.Do your own research.I will be switching all 3 of my accounts to a locally owned bank soon.

Had an appointment today to open an account for my son and had the absolute BEST experience. Sam B. walked my son through the entire process and answered all our questions and made this such an AMAZING experience for both of us. Sam B. is the absolute TOO NOTCH for customer service and I am so happy he made this milestone for my son such a GREAT experience!
