Sold me a copy of Lunar Silver Star Harmony: Premium Edition (PSP) as CIB. However, I opened the box and it was not complete. The Premium edition has cards and a soundtrack disc. The soundtrack disc was missing.
I didn't mind paying the higher cost since I know they have operating expenses. However, it's unacceptable to be charged by a reputable business full price for a complete item that's not complete. Otherwise, decent store. I've only returned a game once so far (Tekken 2 for Playstation). It had a small crack.
Update: They read my review and reached out to me for a resolution we both could agree on. Increase from 3/5 to 4/5.

Vintage and next gen game store that sells anime merch. They have a very good selection of used games from the Original NES all the way to PS5. Always welcoming and they play good music to get you into the mood to look for older games. Prices are decent considering the retro videogame market is gross enough pricewise. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the parking sucks.

I come to this store and location somewhat regularly and have been for almost a year now, every time before this has been 10/10 but an associate with a name starting with G acted like he would rather be anywhere else while checking me out, I just had a few questions about some trade ins and some games and he acted annoyed the whole time while being rude and unprofessional, rolling his eyes at questions and was not friendly at all. All other staff I've worked with have been nice but he was rude Af

Stopped here as well in this trip to Norfolk/Hampton. As with their other stores, this is a pleasant place to shop with expected pricing, quality product on shelves and most important for me when I walk in a new store, everything is marked with a price.Staff is helpful and the vibe is great. Highly recommended!

This is the best game shop in the area! Amazing prices and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend this place for its “older” console game selection(wii/Xbox 360). It’s a wide selection with very reasonable prices for any console tho

Video game, Heaven is probably one of the best places that I have been to to be able to find retro game systems, retro games, game system accessories, accessories in general, and newer game systems/games as well. I was able to see games that I played back in the early 2000s in late 1990s. It brought back a lot of good memories especially memories when I played on PlayStation one at my father's apartment as a child.Other than that, the staff was super friendly and willing to help and overall I had a wonderful time and I was ecstatic being able to see all of the wonderful things that I used to use and stuff that I never thought that I would be able to get again!Also, they have plenty of other branches of the store throughout the seven cities, so if you cannot come to the specific branch, you may want to go to another one because you will not regret coming here or to any of the other branches.
