This location doesn’t have the best customer service. We arrived at this location at when they’re supposed to open (10AM). The doors were closed, lights were off, and employees were inside. After waiting an hour outside we finally opened the door and asked what their hours were. They responded with “Oh yeah we’re supposed to be open” they then turned on all the lights and opened the doors after us having to ask an hour after they were supposed to be open

Tim helped me today to restart my cellphone he took his time and was very very patient with me and walked me through somethings I had no idea my cell offered me. He is a real asset to your company and because of the way he helped me I am a Verizon customer for ever!!!

I came into the store for an issue the rep told me was talk back. I couldn't opperate my phone. Tina helped me get it fixed.She was kind and very patient. Determined to correct the issue. And she did. Several people tried but she took customer service to a new level. She's Awesome.

Knowledgeable and patient experience when we visited to get my phone upgraded and replaced as a whole. Contacts transferred over and the salesman worked extremely well setting up the phone as well as explaining the new features on it. Highly recommend to come to this location and speaking with Jay (my salesman) about anything with the phone service or replacements.
