Talked on the phone with someone needing a price check on an in-store item. The lady on the phone didn’t understand my question, which was no fault of her own, but after clearing it up, she seemed short and annoyed by the miscommunication. After verifying the price, she rudely went “is that all?” After replying “yes,” she immediately hung up, no “good night” no nothing. It was very unprofessional and I felt like I inconvenienced them, which is something I shouldn’t have to feel. I don’t recall her giving me her name, but whoever the young lady was working the phone at 6:15 on Friday, 2/9/24, it was very rude. I expected better service from Target

Check out clerk was snippy and condescending. Customer Service clerk was very nice and helpful.The new spring clothes are very pretty. Very difficult to find a staff person to answer questions. That is not the first time.

Store was clean and the associates were friendly. This target has an Ulta in it that made my boyfriends daughter super happy and a great shopping experience.

One worker saved this from a 1 star review! As I was returning an item, the woman behind that desk was miserable and nasty. Upon walking through the store another employee greeted us with a vibrant smile. That's customer service even when she did not have to say a word.The line was ridiculously long and you had to wait on one line to even see if you wanted to go to a register or self checkout.

Put the mobile plan sales people in a cage and stop letting them bother everybody. Lady following me down the toy isle kept asking me about my phone after I said no thank you. I like target but those phone people are awful.

I ordered my grandson a toy from Target for Christmas. It ended up being a duplicate. My daughter and grand son took it back to the Norfolk store for return. The lady at Customer Service first told my daughter that the toy was too expensive to return. Then the lady told my daughter that Target no longer carried the item so it definitely could not be returned. I know for a fact that a $65 toy is not too expensive. I also know for a fact that the toy is still available at Target online. My daughter and grandson stepped away from the counter and phoned me. I emailed her documentation When the disgruntled Target employee saw the documentation, her only response to my daughter was do you want the credit on your Visa or on a Target gift card. The employee’s body language made it clear that she was not happy. This behavior is inexcusable. This employee needs to be reprimanded and she needs more extensive customer relations training. My grandson was thoroughly embarrasses. Shame on Target. He deserves better and so do my daughter and I.

This store barely qualifies as a Target in my opinion. It gives more of a Dollar General feel. It is never completely clean or stocked. The employees overall are rude and most of them seem bothered that you took them away from their real job of texting on their phones when you ask for their help. The lines are long more often than not. It is frequently super hot in the summer and cold in the winter. They pretend they are trying to conserve energy but what they mean is cutting costs at the expense of customer comfort. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since the last few times I have been, no one has solicited me in the parking lot for anything and there have been no shootings in the parking lot (that I've heard of) in nearly 7 months!

Mary Frone is absolutely wonderful at customer service. She did more than just check us out at target, she actually made an effort to speak to us while she was scanning our items and with a smile! Personality matters so much when doing this job! Thank you so much Mary! Target is always our family's choice for our shopping needs but you made it extra special today! Normally, I don't really go to target for much because they're very expensive but it is a very clean and good store to go to where you can peacefully shop. It is a higher class Walmart I do enjoy going there because can find what I want easy and they actually do have what you want. Personally, I only go in there to get deodorant and shampoo or any body products because Walmart is always out of stock on them for some reason but the service there is always great.

Decent place with what you would expect. They have shower curtains, curtain rings, and cheap microwaveable plates/bowls/cups.
