I have been a customer of Southern Bank, and previously with Heritage Bank, and have had the best service throughout the years that one could ask for. In particular I want to give a shout out to Shelayne Boswell who I have known since the Heritage Bank days. Shelayne combines the best of being a consummate professional, knowledgeable, and very personable at the same time.I very recently needed a document from the bank, which required another entity taking care of a piece of it and a very quick turnaround. From the moment Shelayne took my call to getting what I needed it was just a few days. She did not hem and haw about how to get it done she just made it happen.I highly recommend Shelayne and Southern Bank, and look forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.

Do you think you can tell your outside cleaning guys to stop blowing the area at 7 AM on a Saturday?! it used to be 7 AM on a Tuesday and that was ridiculous but 7 AM on a Saturday is absurd! There’s a whole bunch of buildings that are residential around you and you don’t care? It’s 35° and you get people out there blowing the parking lot. On a Saturday morning. For real? Like is that necessary? How about noon when you all are inside working and when you’re on your little phones helping people. So LOUD! Please ask them to come at a later time and ask them to become aware of noise, pollution, and perhaps get a blower that is more environmental friendly. Why are they just blowing dirt around anyway? Don’t people pick things up anymore?
