The older woman that works there is so kind and helpful! Love her so much. However, this location is disgusting. Gum and other nasty stuff stuck in the washers and dryers, my clothes always smell weird, and the dryers burnt one of my blankets and stained another. It’s also pretty expensive for a laundromat. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the woman that works there. Is it really that hard to clean the washers and dryers though?

I've only been there twice ! But both times the ladies ( staff ) were extremely helpful & friendly ! Great experience ! ??

The only reason this gets 2 stars is the lady working is incredibly polite and helpful.The entire store though is dirty, washers often are uncleaned with unused soap being left in the machines where someone put soap/softener/scent beads in the wrong place. Most every dryer is broken or takes an hour+ to dry on max heat and even then clothes will come out damp.I've had to come here for the past 5-6 months and no matter what dryers are always broken. When we first got here at least the place used to play game shows but now all it shows is the same reruns of BET which get very frustrsting to listen to nonstop.

After having sold my house, temporarily renting a property without a washing machine, I've been going to a laundromat for the first time in 49 years. I'm all over Norfolk and VB due to my job, and I have used probably 6 different laundromats since February. This one hands down is the best run. The ladies that supervise are super helpful, friendly and hard working. For example, I was going to put a load of clothes in a dryer when the attendant pointed out a dryer with 15 minutes left on the cycle where someone had taken their clothes. I really appreciated that. There's much more, but now when I come here, I feel safe, comfortable and well attended to when I need help.

The lady that attends the location is polite and very helpful. If you've got to launder large items, good place to go and clean environment.
