Overheard employees making fun of a disabled customer. Gross. It's become a local joke how awful the employees are to certain groups of people.Reply to owner:Instead of copy pasting the same generic auto response, maybe just hire less ignorant staff.

They were quite busy. Yet they still took their time to help me, without feeling rushed. Astonishing customer service.

Excellent pharmacy service. Never setting foot in the nearby CVS again. I was in and out here in less than 30 minutes after CVS had my refills promised 5 days earlier.

I love pharmacy here! Everyone is nice and they answer the phone and I never have to wait for my prescriptions always ready for pickup. Made the mistake of switching to the Walgreens down the street. Never again. Will be my go to pharmacy in Ghent.

Went in to buy allergy medicine. Pharmacy tech didnt know how to use the register and he kept voiding the transaction and re-trying. He kept running my ID for the controlled substance everytime. Now I dont have allergy medicine AND I'm locked out of purchasing it anywhere else for 30 days! The head pharmacist just said there was nothing she could do and couldn't even provide a phone number to follow up with the state. Now I'm head straight for a sinus infection because of their apathy and ignorance.I called 1800 rite-aid and couldnt get a person on the phone.

The old Philipino lady makes me feel horrible everytime I pick up my medicine. Saying stuff like “you’re too young” and just remarks that nobody wanna hear. I’m here to pick up my medicine and go. I do not need your pity. And she does it everytime. It gets worse. Fire her asap When you work in that profession you don’t say things like that

Pharmacy staff is awesome, they've been super helpful with my medication in terms of navigating a cheaper price with goodRX/ generics as well as a shortage on sed medication. I took my pup with me to pick up a prescription today and he got the biggest treat of his life from the pharmacist helping me today.I used to go to a nearby CVS, but this pharmacy staff has gone above and beyond my expectations the first few months since I switched.

Time to move on from this ratchet place. People depend on their medications. Most of us have to work long hours to afford our medications. This Rite Aid has made sure that the working person cannot access their medications. They are not your friend. They are evil. Hope this one closes soon too.

Do not get your prescriptions sent here. Not only will they not be ready even when you receive text messages that they are (happened a few times now) but you may also be actively aggressively harassed by what seems to be a mentally unstable pharmacy staff member. Our latest visit was the last straw. My partner received a text message on Friday afternoon stating that his prescription was ready. He used the Pay n Go system to pay for the prescription ahead of time. His bank account reflected this.We weren't able to pick up the prescription until this morning (Sunday). Not only did they not have the prescription ready, they also said he hadn't paid for it. They acted incredulous, with one of the main pharmacists stating, "I don't know who you paid but it wasn't us." They acted incredulous until he showed them the confirmation text messages regarding the prescription and the payment. After that, they began filling the prescription. They still maintained that he hadn't paid, though. While waiting for the script to be filled, my partner was standing next to the counter kind of staring off into space. One of the pharmacy technicians came from the shelving area in the back and asked my partner "Do you have a problem?" Thinking the pharmacy tech meant "Are you being helped?," my partner said "Oh, those people [the pharmacists] over there are helping me." To this, the pharmacy tech snapped, "If you don't, then you better stop staring at me!" None of the other three people on the pharmacy staff interceded. When my partner responded in disbelief at what was happening, the pharmacy tech walked off mumbling nonsensically, "Staring at me and burping in my face and sh*t."My partner was shaken up, especially since he himself works in the healthcare field. My partner promptly left the store very upset and without his medication. We returned several hours later to pick it up and still had to pay *again* to get his medication. We are moving all prescriptions to another local pharmacy as quickly as possible. This sort of treatment of people by caregivers is wholly unacceptable.
